Our first visit to captain D. Ms. Neya does a great job . Very friendly and suggested what is right for us to order. We loved the fish especially shrimp.the tea is good .

I ordered online for dine in. I am already inside. Ordered a drink with my order. The chic at the counter gave me my cup without putting my drink in it. There is no beverage machine other than the one behind the counter. This chic is both retarded and mentally slow. Waited like 5 minutes for my cup. Then she asked me 3 times did I order a drink. I think the manager was cooking and saw my dissatisfaction. Still the counter broad asking the same question again. And then proceeded to tell me to show her my order after the manager already asked for the name on the order. I normally don’t get this angry eating dine in but this chic couldn’t find her way out a brown paper bag. The increase of ignorance in fast food is on the rise. Unnecessary lack of customer service. Just not a satisfactory experience. And the one on eastway is just as bad with no dine in. Terrible service to customers but quick to take your money.even the sides ar my seasoned.

The Popcorn shrimp and corn were under cooked. The cook mixed up the slides. My sides were on my wife's plate and vise versa. We asked if it is ok to substitute sides. The lady said yes it is ok, but charged us extra for the substitutions.

One of the worst experiences ever. Purchased a large order for a work function. My fellow employees immediately started complaining of the taste. Clearly all of the food was cooked in old oil, the fries were stale as if they had sat under a heat lamp for an hour. The crab cakes were old and greasy. It was the worst experience I've ever had here.Upon calling and voicing our complaint. The individual on the phone said, "All the food has to be returned for a refund". Really? How should I return it? My co-workers had already eaten some, and our office is 30 minutes away. Terrible food and terrible customer service.

If you want cold, refried fries on a Saturday night, then this is the perfect place for you. My husband & I can’t even enjoy our meal because the fries are that disgusting. It’s beyond ridiculous that restaurants are allowed to sell food with such low standards. Our wait in the drive-thru was so extensive, but I reassured my husband by saying “well at least we know the food is fresh”. Unfortunately, I was gravely mistaken. Apparently, I missed the memo that “fast food means refried & low quality”. This was a complete waste of money.
