The staff was very professional and friendly. The restaurant was full but I was in and out in no time.Just came back here in May 2024 and the food is still wonderful. You got to try their oxtails not as much meat as I expected but the flavor was out of this world ?.
Vegetarian options: This is a place that I would recommend to a vegetarian also.
Parking: It is located in a shopping center so sometimes it is hard to find parking right in front of the restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking spaces closer to the restaurant and there's also areas on the sidewalk that a wheelchair can easily gain access to the restaurant

Unless you like your oxtails tough, don’t get them from here. Patties are good. Rice and peas is good. Cabbage is a little bland but good lol

I have been to Caribbean Hut in the past for lunch and never had an issue, in fact, the food was so good that I decided to check out their breakfast on Saturday morning. Unfortunately, the regular lady that I usually order from wasn’t there. I started asking questions about the Saltfish breakfast option, and she said it would be ahi mixed with saltfish. I didn’t ask for any sides, I just wanted to try the fish. She said ok, bagged up some food, and i took it home. When I got home I opened up the tray that I had just paid $15 for and it was filled with one little side of saltfish, two plantains, and A WHOLE TRAY OF BOILED BANANAS! As you can see in the picture, this does not look appetizing at all. I definitely wasted my money and the experience was very unpleasant.

I ordered takeout from Caribbean Hut for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Picking up my order was easy. I had coco bread, a beef patty, and the chicken combo sampler. The chicken was flavorful. The beef patty and coco bread were nicely cooked and hot. I will definitely be back.

Oxtail dinner was nasty! The oxtails gave rushed, the meat was extremely tuff like they could’ve cooked them for another hour or two. The Cabbage, Rice and beans was bland, the Mac and cheese was like a 3 the gravy the oxtails was in was good. I wasted 30$
The food was good and almost taste like DC food. This will be my home away from home spot. I wasn't to fond of the cabbage BUT the Curry Chicken & Rice/peas was hot, fresh, and great flavor. I wish I had more chicken and more white meat. I will request it on my next visit because I will return. Resturant was clean! The atmosphere was on point and courteous staff! Thanks Mr. Allen for sharing about Carribean Hut!
