Coffee was decent, but as a visitor to the area this place was incredibly difficult to find. It's inside the Founders Hall which from the outside looks like it's restricted to employees working in the offices above. The shop is on the second floor tucked in a corner, but once you find it the inside is nice and has plenty of seating. Finding parking was a nightmare.
Parking: Depending on the time of day, be prepared to circle the blocks several times looking for a spot. Would recommend walking over driving if it's possible.

Had an amazing honey latte, one of the best I’ve had recently. The barista was patient and helpful as I was trying to decide what I wanted. Great choice. The latte was smooth, delicious, and just the right amount of sweetness. It is a little tricky to find, but building security pointed me up a floor where it’s located. The building itself has a lot of charm and is a comfortable environment.
