I am a huge Caribou Coffee fan and have been a customer for a while. I always find Caribou to be extremely consistent and usually the Caribou staff is incredibly friendly no matter the location….this location is by far the worst Caribou I have been to. The woman who took my order had her AirPods in talking to her boyfriend while taking my order and barely acknowledged me other than a “what do you want” after me already waiting 5 minutes trying to get her attention and hearing all of the details of her personal dating life…it made me feel like I was an inconvenience and interrupting her conversation. The drink was horrible — I asked for almond milk and it was not almond milk (I’m highly lactose intolerant), I saw them unscrew the cap from a new vanilla syrup and just pour it into the drink instead of using the pump or any measuring device. It was the worst crafted press I have ever had and it was inedible just because of all of the sugar. Was sooo much syrup it was incredibly disgusting. Very disappointed because I spent $8 on an extra large of my favorite drink just to throw it away after one sip. Staff was so uninterested I didn’t even bother asking them to redo it, I was scared they would not take that well. Was looking forward to treating myself upon discharge from the hospital and left not wanting to ever come back. Anyway, do yourself a favor and go the extra few miles to the Caribou on Park Rd or Fairview. Both of those locations are incredibly consistent, the drinks are amazing, and the staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Will not be returning to this one and if this were my first Caribou experience, I would have not gone to Caribou again. Luckily I do know that this location is an outlier and not a good representation of one of my favorite companies. Hope they get it together! Will be sticking with the Park Road location.

The staff here is so incredibly nice. I made it a happy habit to stop here after all my OB appointments to get my toddler a cake pop and myself a coffee. Only issue is if you pay with card, as far as I know, there is no option to leave a tip. I try to make up for it by trying to remember to put some cash in the diaper bag but, a lot of people just don’t carry cash and these sweet employees deserve tips. Please update the type of card reader!

I’m a stage 3C cancer patient at Levine, and can barely walk due to treatment side effects. After getting coffee here I looked for a chair in the lobby, but all the seats were taken. So I went back in to Caribou where they have chairs as well and all of them were empty. So I sat in one to take my medication, and one of the employees runs over to me and says “you can’t sit there”! No explanation or anything, just told me to get up and leave.Meanwhile she was laughing and having a great time with her friend, totally oblivious to the difficulties her cancer stricken customers Are going through. How sad.Also, don’t put chairs out if you don’t want people to sit in them, or at least put a note.

I had an excellent experience here, this afternoon! Stephanie gave me the best customer service, I have ever had !! She was kind, patient, and made excellent suggestions! Just being at the Levine Cancer Center says it all. However because of Stephanie my day will be a better one. Thank you Stephanie!! I hope you have a fantastic day!!

I hate to write this review but my recent bad experience caught me off guard. I've usually stopped at Caribou when I just wanted a quick breakfast before work or an ice coffee to get me through the day. One specific morning the lady was so rude to me because she was "ready to go home" as she said. This specific morning the lady was the only one in there and no one else was there. She shouted at me "it's gonna be a minute on making your drink because I have all these drinks to make!" Ummm, ok! You work here!!! After seeing her irritation I grabbed a drink from the cooler and she said very rude again! "No, it's fine! What you want?!" I ordered what I wanted and she said under her breath "yea, cause I'm ready to go home" lady! Find another job if you don't wanna make drinks! This really irritated me to the point that I don't wanna go back to Caribou, especially if she's there. If this is the kind of service the supervisor stands by then I want no parts of it.
