Carmella's Pizza and Grill

I got scammed ordering delivery.

I ordered via their website, they use DoorDash to deliver. After about an hour I called and the associate said he can’t do anything that’s it’s been so long. 10 minutes later it says my order was picked up and then canceled I called back and he then told me he can’t process a refund or remake my order and laughed about it. I would never deal with this place again. Terrible service.

Finally found another classic pizza joint. Super clean kitchen. Get pizza by the slice. Has all the Italian classic on the menu.

The pepperoni pizza slice was perfect. Crust has a great chew. Loved the grease from the pepperoni and nice amount of sauce. For me, this is a perfect slice of pizza.

Also order angel hair pasta with meat sauce and meatballs. Sauce was good and rich with meat. Meatballs was ok. But I would order again.

The atmosphere is your neighborhood pizza joint.

The food was great, but service could be a bit better. I am new to the area so I was a bit confused on how things worked there. I saw the sign stating to seat yourself, but it took quite awhile for someone to take my order. I wasn’t checked on so I assumed I was supposed to go to the register, but the person who took my order seemed to be a little aggravated. I will for sure give them another try! There were only about 6 people inside when I walked in so I may have just caught them on a rough day. I ordered the garlic parmesan wings and fries combo, as well as the cheese pizza lunch special.

I do also agree with reviews about the tables being sticky/dirty.

I don't usually say negative things, but this time I have to, just to see if they care. Dirty and ugly bathrooms, trash on the floor, dirty chairs and tables. I can only imagine what the kitchen must be like. The girl who served us with the pizza was very kind.

Wow, wow, wow! We're new to the area, we both had a rough day at work and decided to go get a bite someone local. Didn't realize we'd stumble upon this gem! The vibes were so chill, feeling like you're in a 00s dive bar all while being treated like kings and queens. Tia, our waitress, gave us such a warm welcome to the neighborhood, gave us some killer recommendations off the menu, and had the most genuine smile from start to finish. We absolutely will be coming back to this perfect small business! Thank you Tia for your kindness, as it turned my bad day into quite a memorable one! :)

There was maybe 4 ppl already there when we arrived was told to pick our own seat. Great but table was dirty. Sat for about 15 min. No service. I was ready to walk out but my daughter went up and ask if we was going to get service or should we go elsewhere. Lady came who dies work there but off that day and washed the table took drink order. 3 min or so later our order was taken by the lady who was supposed to be working that day. No explanation as to why so long m. Not that it mattered. Again only about 4 ppl in there at the bar. 1 of which was the ee that was off for the day.

Came here close to lunch time on Sunday to pretty much empty place. THE Table we sat at felt sticky. The waitress was doubling as a bartender and she was nice. One of the staff came in and then went onto the patio and began to smoke while drinking a beer. Ordered two slices of pizza (with a charge for EACH topping), bf had the poppers appetizer. $20 for an appetizer, two slices of pizza and two soft drinks. Definitely overpriced and to make it worse the pizza got me sick and was incredibly greasy. Would highly not recommend going to this place.

I tried ordering today, and i have a big family so my order was big. And the lady on the phone got an attitude and put me on hold and then hung up.. and so then i called again and had to wait for SO LONG! And then she answered i say “hi” and she hung up… SMHHHH bad service. Do better. Lost a very loyal customer.

If I could give zero stars I would. I practically spent an HOUR waiting to be served after I was seated (you can see the times I took the pictures with the menu in front of me). Eventually I ordered a slice and my topping was not even cooked, pizza was barely even warm and a small slice for 3 dollars and I was severed in to go containers as if they wanted me to leave. They were nice enough not to charge me for the topping but never again.

Didn’t get to eat the food because I stood waiting to order for 10 mins. The lady didn’t even say hi, I’ll be with you in a sec, or anything. HORRIBLE SERVICE
