Ever since moving to Charlotte during the pandemic, Caroline's has been recommended by people I've met. Won a raffle for a gift card so recenlty got a chance to try Caroline's and I have to say, very impressed.
We had the best experience at Caroline’s oyster bar. Stephen, Emilia, and chef Josue went out of their way to make us feel special. We had such a great experience here, oysters, lobster roll, and gooey butter cake was out of this world!!
