We came in for the show and my husband birthday and we stopped by here cause if was told to us about them and I will say we were very satisfied with the service and the food my seafood boil was spicy and delicious like I like it

I had a shrimp boil delivered from Catch21 and was very disappointed. I ordered my bag with the Cajun butter and spice level hot - I expected a spicy Cajun butter flavor but it honestly just taste like seafood drenched in hot sauce. Along with that, the shrimp were overcooked, making it too hard to get out the shell.

Terrible service, the staff treats the drivers badly and delivers wrong orders then they say that they cannot make the correct orders, they do not give you a solution when they are the ones who make the mistake, they simply do not solve you and they close the door on you. Without a doubt I would not return to this place either as a drive or as a customer.

The food here is really good but the seafood boils are skimpy. I got the crab leg and shrimp boil, and the lobster tail and shrimp boil. I got about 5 shrimp in one and 6 in the other! They do give you some big ass potatoes tho! Lol. Flavor was GREAT! I got the hot Cajun and it was so very good but please at LEAST give the customer 10-12 shrimp! Geesh
The food that is being served here is nothing but elementary school cafeteria food. Took my son here tonight, he ordered boneless wings. Got a plate of school lunch nuggets drenched in hot sauce. First and last time at this place….

Today I ordered Chef Salad add grilled chicken with extra cheese and ranch for lunch but I picked up Always get a Westside Combo with sandwich wings extra wet and fries for dinner on DoorDash …. Check them out on your favorite online delivery platform because I order from here at least 4-5x a week

We ordered a crab hoagie which states it’s sprinkled with lemon juice and old bay with celery soooo why is this imitation crab meat with lettuce, tomato and a piece of cheese on top? This was so disgusting and disappointing. My husband ordered the popcorn shrimp which was too salty. We won’t be back, ever. I wish I read the negative reviews first.
