If I could have given 0 stars that would be more appropriate to describe my experience at this place. I'm from Alabama and visiting Charlotte for the holidays and decided to try this place. I waited for 1 hr for a chicken sandwich, fried shrimp sandwich, and some wings and it was all nasty. Fries were soft and soggy. Took them forever to get my order and it was still wrong. If you're reading this do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You'll thank me later trust.

Food good, fries inconsistent so not a fan of the skinny ones. I’m highly upset I ordered pickup at 3, said pickup between 3:20-3:25, made it at 3:27, they tell me to wait 20 more minutes. I’m on a TIGHT schedule! Now I will be late for my event so I’ll never use pick up service again because they are slow as hell 😔..

The smallest wings ever. Some looked like they were for a 6 month old. And also not great. Fries were absolutely horrible. Just soft shoestring. The fried mushrooms are a disgrace. Absolutely horrible. Do not eat here.

DASHER REVIEW: The one thing about this place that makes it a go-to are the prices. The prices are very affordable.
The service is on the bad side though. As I'm sitting here, there is a pregnant woman here that has a mistake with their order that she's trying to correct. Her and the owner are going back and forth, and as I'm eavesdropping on the convo, she's right. She placed her order over the phone and the owner misunderstood her request. She's asking if she can get the order fixed and she's willing to pay, but he seems to not want to do it. Instead she's just gonna have to get what the owner said she ordered. To his defense, he's right because he made what she asked for and she admitted that she did, but made a mistake.
I don't know....I'm on both sides here..but to run a small business like this I would do all I could to satisfy my customers even if they were in the wrong. I need that business lol. But I suggest you give then a try though. After all, he did apologize to the other person that was with her.
Mistakes happens. Just so what you can to make them right.

The food is fried to hell so if you don’t want that you have to let them know. My shrimp, fish, and wings were beyond fried hard. Jaws tight as af after. The lady at the counter was nice though.
Catch 21 has the BEST wings and seafood I’ve ever had! The wings are super saucy, the seafood portions are huge, and the prices are crazy affordable. It’s a family-owned spot, and the owner and his family are super nice. The girls at the register are also really sweet and always helpful. 10/10 recommend!
We came in for the show and my husband birthday and we stopped by here cause if was told to us about them and I will say we were very satisfied with the service and the food my seafood boil was spicy and delicious like I like it

I had a shrimp boil delivered from Catch21 and was very disappointed. I ordered my bag with the Cajun butter and spice level hot - I expected a spicy Cajun butter flavor but it honestly just taste like seafood drenched in hot sauce. Along with that, the shrimp were overcooked, making it too hard to get out the shell.
