I’m a regular at Cava, but this was my first and last time at this location. They close at 10:30pm, I got there at 9:45, and the only thing they were serving was attitude. Clearly, good service wasn’t on the menu.

My cava experience was Magnificent! Server Tayana L and Manager Jenna was excellent. Tayana was so welcoming and literally had a smile from the time I entered/exited building. She was sooo patient and made my bowl amazingly. Manager Jenna was willing to help and also willing to listen which made it even better ... If you want great food and great service these are your girls to go see. Thanks alot ladies! :)

CAVA in South End is absolutely top-notch! The service was lightning fast, the staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the food came out hot and fresh. Everything tasted amazing, and you can tell the team here really cares about making sure you have a great experience. Easily one of the best spots in South End for a quick but high-quality meal. Can’t wait to come back!
