I've always had a good experience with Cava, however when I ordered a couple of Cava bowls (spicy greens and harissa avocado) yesterday, I found a small insect/bug in the spicy greens bowl. The order was made through Uber Eats with the confirmation number #58021, Order Date 10/14/2024 and it was delivered at my office at around 12:30pm.

Employees can’t stay off their phone. They have their phone and touching their phones while they are handling food! This is gross and highly unsanitary.
