UPDATED 04/03/24Everyone in this store looked tired. The person who made my bowl looked tired and uninterested. After I paid, one of the beverage fountains machines did not stop flowing and none of them showed interest in fixing it and waited for a few minutes before fixing it and left the puddle of juice everywhere. No initiative from any of the staff. Please make sure they are paid well so they can be more interested with their job!UPDATED 11/23/22, 7 PMThis used to be my favorite place to get my veg bowl. The people who used to work here nice and kind.The ladies who work here now are VERY MEAN and RUDE. The lady who took my order was rushing me to pick what I wanted and had an attitude the whole time. Like she wanted to go home asap.The cashier had the worse attitude. She was rushing to get my order done. Like she was annoyed at me. She gave me my total when I was about to order a drink. She rolled her eyes after I added a drink. Asked for a receipt and she kept pointing to a different receipt. She ended up printing it.There was no reason to rush me as I was the only one in line.I ordered roasted veg and they looked like they barely touched the fire so they were hard.I understand that it's Thanksgiving tomorrow, but that is not an excuse to be rude and annoyed.Not coming back here again. They lost a customer. They ruined my favorite place.-‐-------Cava 07/2020$Every bowl you get from Cava is just a melody of flavors. Its like a collage of fresh, delicious ingredients all put together to create a masterpiece. Vegies are seasoned well and roasted to perfection.A little bit of the lentils, crazy feta, and brusselsprouts. Boom! Delicious!Some honey chicken, brown rice, tzatziki sauce. Boom! Delicious!Corn, greens, hummus, grilled veg. Boom! Delicious!Cava never disappoints. Everyone in their staff is friendly and helpful. Soda and juice are legit. No artificial sweeteners. Everything is always clean and the atmosphere smells great.

The F&B industry out of all industries was hit the hardest with finding great talent and service. Luckily, for Cava they have a gem within Tay. As soon as I entered, she treated me as if I was a friend or a family member. We connected through our excitement about the Date Vinaigrette being a staple dressing at Cava. And also how much we love the Strawberry Citrus. Cava- Park Road is lucky to have an employee such as, Tay. Please let her know that I was very appreciative of her service. Her gratitude and pleasant attitude is top-notch and should be acknowledged. If there's an opportunity for a pay increase- I would suggest this for her as you always want to retain your internal stakeholders. Her personality and service enhances your brand recognition.Thank you again, Tay!! You are a Rockstar. :)

This was my first time visiting and eating at Cava and let’s just say, it’s not my last. Shay was AMAZING and very patient with me because I asked a million questions about the items. She definitely made my whole day and she was so friendly and her smile is amazing!!! I live in Rock hill, but I’m willing to come to this one every time just because of Shay!! ??

My food was supposed to be ready at 1:45pm, I got there at 2:00pm and it still wasn't ready until 2:20pm. The place was dirty, the cashier was rude and combative. I've been to the Waverly location and it was fantastic. Will never return to this spot.

Why order online when you have to wait over an additional 30 minutes from the ready time? My order was to be ready at 12:30p, it is now 12:51p and my order hasn’t been started. I ordered 7 drinks but the classic lemonade, blackberry lavender, and cucumber mint lime are completely out. This staff needs to either be paid more or have more employees available during peak times. To have people waiting over 30 additional minutes for their order is insane. I now have to take work calls while I eat due to the major delay.

They seem to change work crews a lot, hopefully this crew will work out. They were all really nice and had lots of hustle Food always good but sometimes cleanliness a little off. Seems like a work in progress, dirty sweatshirts and such. I wish them the best in making this location top notch, lots of potential!!
