Ordered for delivery. The food was all wrong despite all the labels on the top of each bowl stating the correct food. Also did not receive items in the order (though more of a door dash issue than theirs I guess). Will not order from this store again.

Iron Station

Like wow. Amazing. We almost gave up on Cava (especially the uptown locations) completely but Akshay, Cynthia and the entire team are absolutely world class and have the epicurean know-how to curate the most delicious bowl. Taking their time to give only the freshest. The Blakeney Cava location rules. It is officially my “home” location. Thank you Cava Blakeney for always going above and beyond!! 💕 💕

Great food! Arrived at 2:24 on a Saturday. 2:38 I finally get to order. And they’re out of steak so it’s another 8 minute wait! This is not the first time they’ve run out.

I love the food and like the staff but it’s obnoxiously slow service (worth commenting on). And while I was waiting for the steak a line built up and I over heard a couple say that “it’ll take an hour” and they left.

CAVA is great! I really love all of the toppings that you can get. Everything is always very flavorful and delicious. Sometimes I order the kids meal, which is great bang for your buck. The drinks are delicious as well, especially the blueberry lavender one. This store location is always clean and there is great service. Definitely give CAVA a try if you haven’t before!

Never been to a CAVA before. It was very good. I had the built a bowl. The choices are all tempting. I had the braised Lamb, OMG it was delicious. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend. You will not leave hungry are disappointed.

Placed an online order and picked up my food. When I got home I realized that a lot of things were missing on both of the bowls. I called the store and they made the situation right! Very professional and apologetic. I have had many problems in the past at this location and the management didn’t help at all and was really unprofessional. The new manager (at least I have never seen or dealt with) is fantastic!! Keep this man because the customers will appreciate it!!

On December 13 between 2:30–3:00 PM, this location demonstrated an alarming level of disorganization and incompetence.

I placed an online order and stood inside the store for over 30 minutes while the in person line was served repeatedly and multiple pickup orders were completed and handed out. My order was never fixed, never acknowledged, and never prepared.

The two employees working the front counter appeared completely unaware of how online orders are tracked or handled. They could not answer basic questions, provide an update, or offer any form of assistance. I was essentially ignored while waiting.

When I escalated the issue to the manager on duty, I was told she could not remake my order using the food already on the line because it was placed online, which is an absurd and illogical policy. Even more unacceptable, I was told a refund could not be issued, despite the fact that I never received my food.

To summarize:
• The order was lost
• Staff had no idea what was happening
• Management refused to resolve the issue
• I was denied both food and a refund

This is not a minor mistake. This is a complete failure in training, leadership, and basic customer service. Offering online ordering while being unable or unwilling to fulfill or correct those orders is misleading at best.

I left without my meal and without a resolution. This location should seriously reevaluate its staff training and management practices. I will not be returning.

Literally stopped here in between my two jobs today because I knew it would hit the spot, and was so warmly greeted by Zarkaya, who is just so lovely, caring, and kind. CAVA keeps me fueled; i love eating here because it both nourishes my body and satisfies my appetite. I seriously am amazed at what a good deal the kids meals are. This is an amazing establishment, and I’m really thankful to Jesus for it ❤️. LOVE so many of the people at this location ❤️❤️.

Zarkaya is a Rock Star…today I walked in the Blakney location and there was a line out the door. My first instinct was to leave, but I saw this young lady running the entire front line alone. She never lost her composure, and remained courteous and professional (with a smile) the entire time. Moreover, she was very efficient. While I waited approximately 15 minutes to be waited on, she made it worth the while…and as usual, the food was excellent. Promote this young lady and pay her more…if you don’t, someone else will!!
