I’m shocked this place has 4.6 stars. They consistently get pickup and delivery orders wrong and leave out key ingredients, so I decided to go in and order in person, and ended up waiting inside this place with a group of maybe 30 other people, at 8pm (nowhere near their prime lunchtime hours), for over an hour. Most mismanaged restaurant I’ve ever been to, aside from the Wendy’s across the street, which is somehow worse (see my Wendy’s review). As you’ll see on my profile, I almost never leave reviews, but this Cava is just awful.
