First time at this store. I sat in the lounge at 7:25pm trying to place an order since it is digital only and the app kept giving me issues. As I was placing the order finally at 7:41pm i was told by the lady over the counter that the digital app closes or shuts down at 7:40pm. I understand the policies but the lack of service, directions, or simply customer service from the team working is bad. I told them I been trying to place an order as they can see me come in before 7:40 and I was thinking I had until 8pm and all they said was to come back tomorrow. Simply lack of customer service and empathy. Don’t expect the best service at a fast food place but I hope management pays attention to how people treat customers.
