Best Matcha in town! I’ve been coming to Central Coffee for years, and even when I moved away, I made sure to stop by whenever I was back in town. Now that my office is nearby, I’m here almost every day for my matcha fix. The staff is incredibly friendly and they even know me by name. It’s a great atmosphere for getting work done or hosting a business meeting. Highly recommended!

Thanks for fueling my caffeine addiction through college, covid, work and so on. Highly recommend their spinach quiche, zucchini bread, dirty chai latte, and their bags of coffee to take home.

The young man at the counter was one of the sweetest kindest people.I have met in the city of charlotte in the last eleven years. Immediately he could see on my face that something was wrong. This place is pretty awful. I ordered bagel and was given a stale bagel in a bag and I unfortunately paid for cream cheese and that was a packed of about a .5 of cream cheese Take a few extra steps and go somewhere else. Oh and the coffee is terrible

I’ve been staying In Elizabeth this summer for my job and this place has been a highlight for me. I look forward to visiting most mornings and walking around the gorgeous neighborhood it’s nestled in. Great neighborhood coffee shop. Also the chocolate chip cookies are excellent.
