i don’t know what changed but the items on the menu are not the same…i asked to make my tea stronger and they just remade the same tea…i love going here but something has changed and i do not like it

I ordered a coffee 30 minutes before their 6 PM closing on a Saturday. Coffee was bitter and sour, undrinkable, and staff was unfriendly, as usual. It's sad because I otherwise like the location and vibe of this place.

I love this place. I come here almost every morning before work and it's the best part of my day. I love the employees (Shye, Chloe, Abigail, Morgan and the rest!) and I absolutely love their espresso here. I've tried a lot of coffee shops in Charlotte and Central by far has the best tasting espresso for drinks and will always be my first choice!Also, to the negative reviewers who can't get cold foam etc here.....maybe try the starbucks down the street? This isn't a chain coffee shop, so maybe stick to your chains if your expectation is for small coffee shops to have the same products :)

We stopped to get some coffee while traveling through the Charlotte area and we’re very disappointed. I ordered an iced matcha latte and ask for Vanilla cold foam and they said they couldn’t make cold foam, what coffee shop can’t make cold foam? My husband got the hot chocolate and it was absolutely flavorless. Employees were kind but acted like they hated their jobs.

The young lady who served me was very nice to the customer ahead and went above and beyond to help her. It was my turn and I was not given the same service I clearly wanted some help and some opinions about what would taste good for my drink because I’m not a big coffe drinker. Spent $8 on the drink and hated it she looked annoyed at me and even gave better customer service to my friend who was not a black woman. She then proceeds the leave my cup on the counter while everyone else was handed there drinks in hand. I am a black woman jus to put it out there.

The staff here are very kind and accommodating. It is a calming and small place to get work done or to catch up with friends. I got the 16 oz latte with 1 pump of lavender vanilla syrup and 1 pump of white chocolate syrup. They’re both a very nice combination if you have a sweet tooth. I would like to dine in the next time I come!

Want coffee or tea plus a few choices of munchies- this might be worth a try! We recently invested in a Breville Espresso Machine so we on our way to being coffee snobs! So we decided to stop at a few coffee roasting shops for coffee beans. We bought a bag of their dark roast and we liked it. What surprised us is how little the staff knew about coffee. lol They were not sure if certain terms roasting dates notes of the bean etc. So that was a little disappointing.
