God, the food is exquisite, an excellent place, I recommend it with my eyes closed, the waiting time for food is very low, and there is always parking, one of the best places where you can eat VENEZUELAN food. The phenomenal attention, if they could give 50 stars I would give it 100

¡Qué Sabor! A Taste of Venezuelan Sunshine at Chamos GrillTucked away in the heart of Charlotte, a little food truck called Chamos Grill is serving up a vibrant taste of Venezuela that's sure to warm your soul (and your tummy!). This family-owned gem bursts with authentic flavors, friendly faces, and the kind of warmth that makes you feel instantly welcome. From the moment you step up to the window, the aroma of sizzling arepas and savory fillings hits you like a hug. We dove headfirst into the classics - the Reina Pepiada, a succulent shredded chicken salad nestled in a perfectly griddled arepa, and the Pabellón Criollo, a hearty mix of shredded beef, black beans, and fried sweet plantains. Each bite was an explosion of textures and flavors, with the fluffy cornbread of the arepa absorbing the rich stewed fillings perfectly. The portions are generous, and the prices are beyond reasonable - enough to satisfy your hunger and leave you wanting more. What truly sets Chamos Grill apart is the passion and genuine warmth of the family behind it. You can feel their love for their heritage poured into every plate. They take the time to explain the dishes, answer your questions with a smile, and make you feel like you're part of their extended family. It's this kind of personal touch that elevates Chamos Grill from a simple food truck to a true Charlotte gem.Whether you're craving a taste of the tropics or simply looking for a delicious and authentic lunch experience, Chamos Grill is a must-try. It's more than just food; it's a vibrant fiesta of flavors, warmth, and Venezuelan sunshine that will leave you wanting to come back for more. So next time you're in Charlotte, skip the chain restaurants and head to Chamos Grill - your taste buds (and your heart) will thank you!Support local, family-owned businesses like Chamos Grill and spread the word about this hidden gem!

Perfect arepas friendly, personable service and ownership. The beef and cheese arepa is my favorite.

Authentic Venezuelan food. It is not easy to find REAL EMPANADAS. There is no other place in CLT where I’ve found the Venezuelan authentic empanadas that have the taste and quality these have. They are done at the time of the order and very filled. The tequeños are also very good, although I like the empanadas better. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. They have chicken soup in Sundays too, which is now on my list to try next time. And the arepas and burgers look amazing too.

The schedule that appears there is not correct, I just parked, took my sleeping baby out of the car, it's cold and everything is closed. I wanted to eat empanadas but unfortunately they didn't update the hours and there is nothing, it's closed. What a frustrating!! One is guided by the information provided by themselves and they waste time, so valuable is time here in this country and I lost it!
