Very enjoyable evening at this lively Charlotte hotspot. My girlfriend and I said at the bar and had great service. Food was awesome and was fun and engaging with people around us. I don’t think you’d be disappointed.

We had the most wonderful dinner at Chapter 6. We sat at the bar & our bartender, Leslie, was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, professional & personable. She made our dining experience top tier. We ordered The Treatment, which means the dishes are chef/servers choice. We enjoyed everything Leslie ordered for us. The Black Bass Crudo was fresh, had so many complex flavors & textures. The skewers of chicken were unbelievably good. The lamb kefta so flavorful. The house made rye bucatini was subtle & delicious. The pork checks soooo tender. We also added on the green chickpeas which was a favorite. The food was well executed & delicious. To me, though, the service Leslie provided made it an experience rather than just a great dinner.

Food was okay, not great. Bread was stale (badly stale) on the steak tartar, the broccoli was tasteless (except for the spice level). Decided not to pursue anything else beyond that at the risk of being more disappointed. Cocktails were excellent and made well though!

I highly recommend this place, we will come back. We ordered the whipped ricotta, wagyu tartar, sherry braised pork cheeks, skate wing, and gnocchi and lamb.
Every single dish was unique and impact-fully flavorful. Our favorite was the sherry braised pork cheeks with chips, the sauce was absolutely amazing. We washed it down with the house red wine which was also delightful.
The atmosphere was chill and the service was on point. No complaints!
Kid-friendliness: I saw kids eating chicken tenders and fries.
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the ground floor.

Our business meal with RPM Living was good! Marta our server was so sweet and took great care of us. Tapas were yummy! Must try this place.
I have been to Chapter 6 a couple times before but just hosted a dinner event at the restaurant and want to say that it was an amazing experience. Every item of food was excellent, and service was completely fantastic. They really took care of the whole party and we so appreciated it! Thanks especially to Ally and Tyler for accommodating us on short notice. I cannot wait to go back to dine!

Finally, John Dresser's mother cheese cake, the flank steak, lamb was so good. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to experience this with my wife and Chapter 6.

The service, aesthetic and drinks (dirty martini & the Papi Dulce) at Chapter 6 were great, but the food was very sadly underwhelming for the price. A lot of the dishes seemed to be lacking a the “final touch”... a touch of sweetness or spice. Everything was just kind of blah. Best dishes we tried: chicken skewer / roasted eggplant. Worst: gnocchi + lamb (small plate). Will most likely not return for dinner, but maybe drinks at the bar.
