This was one of the best meals we have eaten at a restaurant in a while. We ordered a range of tapas and all were full of flavor, perfectly cooked and presented well - beef skewers, shrimp skewers, roasted carrots, and beef rib bolognese. Drinks ordered: Palma de Mallorca, strawberry kiwi shortie....Careful there. Both fantastic My only complaint is the table size (high top for two). Although it's tapas style there was little room for what we ordered. It may be wise to order in stages LOL. Other than that, the ambience, service, food and prices were 10/10. We will be back very soon

Ambience was very enjoyable. Lovely decor and airy environment. Waiter was knowledgeable and made some good recommendations. Some of the dishes were super good, but some missed the mark. Paella was good enough; lamb kebab was meh; Wagyu skewers were delicious. Lots of flavor, with a bit of spice thrown in. Wine was very nice - 2017 Rioja. A bit pricey for what you get, but it was a nice evening.

Absolutely loved the food! The carrots were perfectly cooked crisp and bursting with flavor. The shrimp skewers. Simply divine! Juicy, tender, and grilled to perfection. A must-try for anyone who appreciates great taste! The services was outstanding, making the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Last night went to Chapter 6 with friends after making reservations earlier this week. We chose “The Treatment” and it was perfect! We didn't have to order anything, the chef just kept sending out incredible dishes. The atmosphere was great, the food was amazing, and the staff took excellent care of us. Highly recommend.

Incredible time trying out “The Treatment” option on the menu! My server, Cora, went above and beyond to make mine and my friend's experience an unforgettable night. The various dishes she selected for us to try were absolutely delicious and she always made sure to ask our opinion on each dish after we tried it. Would definitely recommend to try the treatment to get the most out of the menu.
Merlin made this experience great! He was very patient with us, had great recommendations and was just an overall the best service we could ask for! I will definitely be back and hopefully have him help us again!

I was in town for a long weekend with my brother's family, and after several nights of eating out at several very good and highly regarded Charlotte restaurants, I was concerned that people were weary of it. I almost canceled my Chapter 6 reservation on our last night. I'm so glad I didn't, because it was the best experience we had. Every dish we ordered popped with outstanding flavors. This restaurant should make people who don't like vegetables reconsider! The octopus dish and braised lamb neck gnocchi stood out. My son loved the paella he ordered and scraped up every crunchy delicious grain of rice. You could tell that staff liked working there, and working with each other, which makes a difference. We loved it, and I'm only sorry we don't have a restaurant like this where I live.
