I attended this restaurant for an offline event. The food and drinks were great. However there was a point in the event where a consumer came in with a dog and witnessed to employees rub and allowed the dog to lick their hands. Both employees didn’t wash their hands and continued to make drinks. The second employee was also seen taking the dog over the bar counter and towards the kitchen. This is highly unacceptable and unsanitary to other consumers in the restaurant and should be addressed immediately.

We came to Chapter 6 for our best friend’s bachelorette party. They were extremely attentive, and the food was delicious and came out so fast. They brought us drinks for a toast and dessert and made the bride feel so special. The server Oscar made the experience wonderful and we loved him. We will absolutely be back!

I wanted to love this place. We ordered a dip, fries, 2 skewers and a small plate. I was really shocked when the fries came out first, followed by the small plate, then the skewers then the dip. All close together in a very strange order. The meal was not “coursed” at all. I did have 2 very tasty cocktails. The food tasted very good while we were eating it, but unfortunately, I had a case of what I believe was food poisoning a couple of hours after we left. My husband was fine. We ate all of the same things except, I had much more of the white sauce that comes with the fries., so we are suspecting that was the source. Would not rerun.
One of the best restaurants I have been to in Charlotte! Food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was incredible. Every dish was delicious and the wine is half off on Monday which is great. Our server Merlyn was so kind and attentive. We will be back! Ask for the wizard when you get here
