Very enjoyable evening at this lively Charlotte hotspot. My girlfriend and I said at the bar and had great service. Food was awesome and was fun and engaging with people around us. I don’t think you’d be disappointed.
We had the most wonderful dinner at Chapter 6. We sat at the bar & our bartender, Leslie, was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, professional & personable. She made our dining experience top tier. We ordered The Treatment, which means the dishes are chef/servers choice. We enjoyed everything Leslie ordered for us. The Black Bass Crudo was fresh, had so many complex flavors & textures. Food was okay, not great. Bread was stale (badly stale) on the steak tartar, the broccoli was tasteless (except for the spice level). Decided not to pursue anything else beyond that at the risk of being more disappointed. Cocktails were excellent and made well though!
