mall closes at 8pm, we were at the counter ready to order at 7:26pm. Everything was shut off, employees shut the whole thing down 30min before closing time 😔
Everyone else in the food court was still serving food. Wrapping up the day 10min before closing makes sense but shutting the whole thing off 30min before is crazy

Try to tell the cashier the prices are not right. They are adding up as it is an advertisement. Is coming up more, the the prices say. advertise board. And they were getting a nasty attitude with me. I will be staying way from this location..

I was inline ordering chicken wings. The guy is register whose name was starting with J was very rude starting from the beginning. I just took couple of seconds to check what spice my child would like to do and the register guy told me go back and keep the line again as I did couple of walks away to talk with my kid. I called the manager whose name was Steve, another rude guy, even didn’t say any apologies for his untrained staff, instead told me that he is a teenager. I don’t care if his staff are teenagers or not, they shouldn’t be rude and moreover, manager should provide appropriate training especially for teenagers.

They are an exceptional team. There was mild frustration after ordering my sandwich (concerning a lack of money in the register) my total was $16, I handed them $20. They did not have 3 single dollar bills available to make change. However, they resolved this problem quickly and I got to enjoy a wonderfully prepared sandwich and fries. Things like that happen. But how your team handles it is everything. BRAVO!
Ps to the staff. Sorry if I irritated you a bit. I've also dealt with grumpy customers after the holidays. You all handled it well. Props. God bless. Happy new year.

This place is starting to be one of my favorite places for a Philly cheesesteak. Unfortunately this time wasn’t worth it. The picture on the left is from the Carolina place location. It’s a smaller sandwich so of course it was cheaper but it was well worth the $8-$9 because they put alot in it. The picture on the right is a large from the South Park location. For the amount in it, it was no where near worth $15. I believe I will definitely start going to the Carolina place location over this one.

I’ve done dine in and delivery. Both were horrible. Tried giving them a 2nd chance and was very disappointed. My recent delivery had moldy jalapeños and was refunded by the delivery service after I submitted photos. I hope the board of health makes a visit soon. This place is gross.
First time at Charley’s , the service was impeccable, the food was classic and Kenya who greeted me and took my order was THE BEST !!! Needed that super friendly kindness at the end of a hard day !! I’ll be back for sure ?

I've had several recent experiences at this location dealing with rude cashiers. During my visit on Feb. 6, 2024, Shaniqua was impolite and unprofessional, clearly not liking her job very much. I asked her a simple question that seemed to annoy her, and she failed to thank me for my order.
