First time at Charley’s , the service was impeccable, the food was classic and Kenya who greeted me and took my order was THE BEST !!! Needed that super friendly kindness at the end of a hard day !! I’ll be back for sure ?

I've had several recent experiences at this location dealing with rude cashiers. During my visit on Feb. 6, 2024, Shaniqua was impolite and unprofessional, clearly not liking her job very much. I asked her a simple question that seemed to annoy her, and she failed to thank me for my order.

The food was ok ordered the old school cheese steak which is supposed to have double meat. I got to say if that was what they call double I’d hate to see what regular is there wasn’t much meat at all especially to cost over $17 for a lunch combo the fries where really good though. Also the meat just tasted like a steakums…… do not recommend very mid..

Who ever is the manager of this place look at the cameras 5:45pm 25/06/23 and you will see the cashier that took our order how bad she treat us she left us and went inside… very very disappointed and I will never get back to this store again???

Cashier and staff were friendly and helpful! Thank you Mckenzie for helping me. Mobile order didn't go through and she helped me redo the order with using my coupon and gift cards. Very helpful and kind. Mobile order processed on app and then I received another email telling me my order wasn't sent to the store. I'll reach out to customer service about app issue. Thankful for Mckenzie and her kindness

The service at this location is horrible. The guy with the dreadlocks with no hair cover is rude, unprofessional, and should be fired. I asked for fresh fries and the employee got an attitude. He informed me that the fries were under my sandwich and they were cold. He continued to insult me and provoke me into an argument about fries that i paid for. The cook and the other employees became defensive as well and it almost escalated to were police would be involved because I felt threatened. I will never allow my employees to use this place for our corporate events and I personally will never support Charley’s again. BTW the fries don’t belong under your sandwich when you dine in, they belong in another cup or in another container. The worst

I went to the location in Northlake mall.I was debating on getting a Chicken Philly or going to Showmers. So I got the philly.. It was so good and juicy. The customer service I received was great. The older lady was very pleasant and talked to me as if she had been knowing me. Definitely worth posting the review.
