1st time trying. My son brought the Diablo home. Soooo good. It's spicy. It has a kick. My nose was running. Lol i would still get it again. Definitely will be back . ** I've gone back twice lol. All in the same week. This time i got a regular chessesteak and I tried the chicken cheeses steak. And there fries. I'll be coming back for sure

I was visiting from out of town and this was absolutely delicious!!!! The only problem was it was way too much food and I couldn't eat it all!!!order here! You will love it!!

Good cheesesteak but not great. Absolutely stacked with shaved ribeye which was a plus.. but not nearly enough salt for that amount of beef. For 20 dollars it has to be top of the line. It's solid.

I very very disappointed in the sandwich i ordered. I ordered a large Italian sandwich i received a small size all i got banana peppers which i didn't asked for. I asked for lettuce and did not get them. Will not ever order anything thing else from here.

Great lunch today as my wife and I explore this area. Been in Charlotte 32 years but coming to this area feels like a different town.
The steak in my cheesesteak was hot and delicious. The bread was chewy. My wife loved her chicken cheesesteak.

As a prior resident of Philadelphia, this was on par to what I'm used to on Broad St & South Philly. The cheesesteaks here were piping hot, tender meat, & well-constructed! Who wants an extremely messy sandwich you have to fight to keep together smh.
Classic cheesesteak w/o Whiz, provolone instead + Carolina gold wings was my order.
Definitely will return to try more on their menu.

The food is good, I been here like 3 times and I placed an order and had a misunderstanding on the options online, I called to see if they would fix the problem and I offered to bring my food back which I hadn't been eaten at all. They told me I would have to pay for my order again.
Joelle was super nice. He was very pleasant and accommodating. Very nice eating area outside. The cheesesteakes were the bomb. We got the mushroom and the truffle cheesesteaks. They were both awesome. The fries were crispy and flavorful. Didn't even need ketchup. They also have breakfast items, protein bowls and salads. Highly recommend.
Best Cheesesteak in CLT. Great seasoning, fresh ingredients, well prepared, and I wish I’d tried it sooner. Can’t wait to come back soon.

Cheats is the real deal. Had the classic cheesesteak and the meatball sub with a side of large fries. It is a little pricey overall for a quick meal but you really get what you pay for here. The cheesesteak was packed with flavor and the meatball sub has to be one of the best I’ve ever had. The fries were very well seasoned and are definitely worth adding as a side. Very happy with my first stop here, it won’t be my last.

Finally had an opportunity to try Cheats. I managed to be customer one of the day. The food took about 10 minutes to prepare. It was very fresh. Very hot and had to allow time to cool which is definitely a good thing unless you’re starving haha. Very easy order process and a large menu as you approach the window. Although a bit hard to read with the suns glare. A decent amount of shaded seating. More tables compared to lounging chairs may be helpful. Very pricey for the size but I’m sure the mortgage on that prime location doesn’t afford you the option of $5 sandwiches. Worth giving a try when you’re craving a quality cheesecake.

Great lol hidden space,stuck in the heart of the QC. We 🩷 everything we've tried there so far! Vegan food even freezes for travel well.
