It took 15 mins for someone that notice that we set there and took 25 mins to serve water for us service was really bad i got my appetizer before they bring bread . I went there for my birthday and i regret it ! Manager needs to pay attention 😡

Good food. Wife ordered the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta and I ordered the Chicken Madeira. Both great dishes. Service was good but a bit inconsistent because we happened to hit shift change. Otherwise everything was fine.

Stopped today for lunch. Starting off it was around 11:30am and they announced they had no bread. I probably didn't need it, but come on it's something they always have, until today. We both ordered the chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, green beans and biscuit bowl. The chicken was hot and really good. Unfortunately, they must have plated everything else and it was warm at best. They also forgot the gravy which is what pulls a bowl like that together. They brought the gravy out separately, but we were a third through our meal. The server did the best she could and apologized for the bread and gravy. She kept my glass full and kept an eye on us.

Service time was terrible. Seated at 545 and was not greeted by a server until 6:18. There was no accountability by the waiter or management staff.

I’ve visited this location several times before with no major issues, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. We waited nearly 40 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. The meatloaf was undercooked and had to be sent back.

Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. When it was time to pay, we experienced a long delay due to slow internet. The staff stated my payment did not go through, even though it clearly had. I had to show both my receipt and the pending draft from my bank account to confirm payment and still had to wait.

I’m not sure if this was due to new management or an inexperienced server, but the overall service and food quality were far below expectations. Today’s visit was frustrating and not up to Cheesecake Factory standards.

We had a nice dinner there last week.

I was hesitant based on the negative reviews, but the service was great. I can imagine things getting chaotic on a weekend, as we went on a Monday and they were still fairly busy.

Food was great and flavorful. However, it did take a bit too long to come out.

I think if you avoid weekends you should have a smooth experience.

Cheesecake factory never disappoints. If you've ever been to the Cheesecake factory you know they have a huge menu. But this time we only went for the Cheesecake. It was delicious as always.

We live over 2 hours away so we were super excited to finally eat here. Unfortunately, not sure who my waiter was, but the service he provided was TERRIBLE. I always tip 30%, as a fellow server, but I tipped maybe 15%. My boyfriend wanted to stiff him due to how terrible the service was. We had to wait 45 minutes because the website was down, not allowing us to make a reservation. It took 40 minutes to place our orders. They were out of what my sister wanted, so she didn't order until at least an hour in. Still, somehow, my sister's food came out 20 minutes before ours did. By the time our food came out, she was completely done. The server never checked on us until we were done eating. Another 15 minutes to get boxes... I also ordered a cake to go which ended up taking another 20 minutes to get for whatever reason. 2 hours for some mediocre food is CRAZY. Except for the cake. Cake was amazingggggg so that's one thing I guess, lol. Y'all need to fire that dude is all I'm saying. I overheard two other tables complaining about him too. Section's aren't even that big so I don't know where the hell he was.
