Waited 45 minutes to be seated which is pretty standard. Sat down and table was dirty. Waited 15 for our drink order to be taken, then she forgot the type and had to ask another waiter to ask us for it. Then came back with drinks no straw, saying she would bring them. And asked if we knew what we wanted, we said we needed a few more minutes I'm writing this as we've waited 20mins to get our order taken and she hasn't come to our table and normal eye contact isn't working to get her to come to us even when she is right at the next table. Also floor was covered in liquid that got on my pants and slippery. Table on one side was cleaned where the bus boy wiped the table off on us.I guess the cheesecake factory has gone downhill or we aren't desirable customers???? Will update if we actually get food.

The tables are WAY TOO CLOSE to each other. It’s very uncomfortable. The hostess was unprofessional and the eye rolling was rude. If I ask to be seated somewhere else it is clearly because I don’t want to sit beside someone so close that I can feel their body heat or hear their baby screaming for 45 minutes. The prices are beyond acceptable or fair for the quality of food they offer. The cheesecake is good but not $12 slice good. I don’t mind spending money for quality but this is not quality. I ended up only getting a piece of cheesecake to go because the waitress on 5/2/2024 around 3pm was so extremely rude! Find another job if you don’t like your job. Fix your attitude first.

First time having a bad experience with the cheesecake factory. We had a fifty minute wait. We were a party of 5. One meal u most under cooked, and one meal did not arrive until the other four of us were done. I am not sure if that mral was complimentary or not, but the communication on what eas going on with tjat meal was poor at best.

This place stinks. Went for a birthday dinner from the moment we arrived till we left we were neglected. Tables all around us were a mess and all the waiters were sitting around doing nothing. It took an hour and half to get food, mind you it’s past closing now. so unacceptable. manager gave some sorry excuse and then brought out some of the worst food I’ve ever had. Claimed the burger still had a little pink so had to keep cooking… proceeded to bring out the pinkest burger ever and burnt pasta. Don’t come here it’s truly not worth it, other locations do so much better than this. This place, management, and staff are THE WORST. It got so bad the staff knew we were angry and tried avoiding us.

Trying to find the area outside to pickup food from online orders is difficult. Extra signage is needed. Email from online order says to go to Baker inside to pickup order, but the bakery employees tell you to go back outside for pickup. It's confusing. Doesn't help that online order pickup is on the patio behind a closed gate, with the smallest of signs on the wall.
