Today we visited for the first time, and we are happy to see our Latino community building businesses and growing. The place has great potential, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. There was little interest in the customer experience: no suggestions, no explanations, and everything felt rushed. The girl at the counter seemed more eager to go inside to talk with a friend, leaving the front completely unattended and losing contact with the customers, rather than making us feel welcomed.

Regarding the food, the cream could definitely be improved, and the ice cream serving was only half a scoop, which felt careless, especially since we were the only customers at the time. When another family arrived, the same rushed attitude was repeated.

I truly hope this review is taken as constructive feedback. You have a business with so much potential, but great service is just as important as the product itself. Customers are not only buying food, they are looking for an experience. With some improvements in attention and hospitality, this place could really stand out!

Good gelato but not cheap. $21 for 2 single scoops and a double scoop. What are we doing?

Amazing ice cream with real fruit! I tried the mango and strawberry — super fresh and not too sweet. Great flavors, friendly staff, and a fun vibe. Perfect spot for a cool treat on a hot day!

Bring memories from my country

Great, unique place, with different types of ice cream concoctions, they serve tropical flavor Gelato, mixed with fruits and other original things. Very highly recommended

Last time I was at this location I met the owner and she was so nice and welcoming. . Today 6/8 I was met with 2 female employees that were so rude. Most companies welcome you upon arrival but they just stared at us with a very nasty look.
I understand that some of the employees are young but they will ruin your business if allowed. Because of them I will not be returning.

This is an authentic Colombia fruit and ice cream shop. I strongly recommend it. The fruit salad is delicious and the service is great.
