I really enjoy coming to this location. The staff is always welcoming and I love that they double check orders to make sure it’s correct. Today, Khalid helped me. Really great service! I look forward to coming back!

Nice place, BUT: We ordered wings. It was disappointing. It was very dry and definitely not cooked the same day. It was of the day before.

Came in on a wed June 26th to order food and my food was just awful i got a Philly cheese steak and it was dry and i couldn't even chew the meat. SO I LEFT A REVIEW and immediately the same day i got a call and was told by a young lady that Chex would like to give me a 15$ Credit and u could use it anytime throughout the year if i would take my 1 star review down i even got a text of someone confirming my 15$ Credit. Now today NOVEMBER 10 at 11:30am i wanna use my credit and the girl at the front desk tells me she couldn't find me and that she wouldn't know if what i was telling her was true even thoe she never asked me the DATE it happened or even how to spell my name all she said was we cant find it cause its way back but its funny cause i was told it was valid all year !! So her response to me was (Well i guess i can give it to you) like I'm in the wrong so i called back and told her she can keep her credit. So to anyone reading this please get your money back don't let them try to give u a credit just so they can tell u its not valid later !! Gotta be more organized i shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable using a credit for food YOU GUYS messed up !!

I really like this store! The only thing I would say is maybe consider getting a microphone and speaker set to announce when orders are finished (Dave's Hot Chicken does this) as sometimes you can't hear the orders over the music and atmosphere. Other than that, no complaints!

I am not a hamburger person. cheeseburgers do not like me.
But the CHEX BURGER is the best burger I had in a long time, and the onion rings are absolutely awesome.
