This is the worst “fast food” place ever. The drive thru is not a drive thru, you’ll sit in it for at least 40 minutes before getting your food. Meanwhile there are 4 employees just standing around outside doing nothing. Don’t really understand how that works, at that point just don’t even have a drive thru. If you do come here go inside do NOT sit in the drive thru. Worst experience ever.

I had a terrible experience at this location on March 6, 2025, at 3:45 PM. The cashier, Judy, was extremely rude when I forgot to scan my free iced tea reward before paying in cash. When I realized my mistake and mentioned it, she blamed me, refused to honor the reward, and I never received the iced tea—even though I paid for it. She also didn’t give me a receipt, which seemed intentional. I had to track down my receipt myself just to prove that I paid for an item I never got. I contacted Chick-fil-A’s general customer service, and they were kind, assuring me that this location would reach out for a refund. However, I have yet to hear from them. Very disappointing customer service.

One drive thru lane was closed and the one lane that was open was extremely slow. 9:40am on Monday, so not rush hour. There was no separate line for mobile orders, so we had to sit in the long line.

This is consistently one of the worst chick fil a locations I've ever been to. It takes like 15+ minutes to get your food almost every time you go. Workers are often just standing around on their phones while both drive through lanes continue to wrap around into the roads. Do not come here if you need a quick meal. I've been late one too many times thinking it might just be better but it never is.

Just had the most unpleasant experience at Chick fil a with an older women in the drive thru. Its morning I'm not sure what her problem or issue was but ma'am I did nothing to you at all. The manager calduette said she would look into it but im not confident she will.

Ordered through the drive thru and waited in line for 10 min, while in line I saw an order just sitting outside the window. When I pulled up and gave my name, they handed me the order that was sitting outside!! Mind you it’s February! When getting my food, it was indeed cold. Not a great experience for a first timer at this location
