I’m not sure what’s going on today, but I’ve never experienced a slow Chick-fil-A like this. I’ve been sitting in this line for over 15 minutes with no movement. No one is communicating with us — they took our orders and left us sitting here. And if you know how Chick-fil-A drive-thrus are designed, I’m basically stuck until the line makes it around the corner. I will not be visiting this location again.

Edit: And to make it even worse, when I finally got my food they had my drink wrong, gave me no condiments, no napkins, no utensils, and no one apologized for the insane wait.

Very crowded and the drive thru makes parking very difficult. The server was the first rude Chick- fil-A person I have ever met. I have reviewed dozens of Chick filA locations and this is the first one ever that got less than 4 stars. There are no condiments, napkins or straws available without asking. When I asked for napkins to clean my dirty table, they gave me two like it was a big gift. The order line was busy with only 1 register open, when I asked someone if they could take orders, she said no. They were completely focused on the drive thru with the majority of staff assigned there.

Not sure what the purpose of doing drive through pickup is if they don't have a separate line for it, or if they could bring it to you. Still had to wait through the drive through to get my food (25 mins). Defeated the purpose of ordering online.

I ordered a spicy deluxe with bacon and didn’t receive any bacon on my sandwich. It would be different if they didn’t charge you extra for it. They didn’t say anything to me or even apologize for the inconvenience.. very disappointing and I see they don’t respond to anyone on here. Terribly run chick-fil-A. 👎🏾👎🏾

Worst chick-fil-A service ever!! place was dirty and unorganized. Food was ok.

Sat in the drive thru for 20mins and received cold food. It’s rush hour so traffic turning around is thick so we called and they had a rude employee hang up the phone on me then proceeded not to answer when I called back six times. Will be reporting this location to corporate and disputing the $31 charge since they act like they can’t even apologize or rectify the situation.

Out of all of the Chick-fil-A’s that I have been to, this one ranks towards the bottom. I arrived in the drive through today at 9:16am to order breakfast for my family and I. I did not get to place an order until 9:30. Now mind you this was not because it was a long line or a breakfast rush, there were probably 8 cars in line just sitting there. Even the cars ahead of me that already ordered were just stagnant. Two employees walked by, one with an iPad slung around her and the other looked like a manager. Neither of them could care less that all these people were waiting. Not even an acknowledgement.
When I finally got the chance to order, there was no “sorry for the wait” or anything, just an annoyed individual taking my order. When I got to the window it was more of the same.
There has always been less than desirable service and attitude at this location. I continue to come here because it’s close to my office and we place large orders for team meeting several times a year. I was once scolded for arriving early to pickup a large breakfast order. I was there 10 minutes early and acknowledged to them that I was ok waiting because of that.

Worst chic-fil- we’ve been to- and we’ve been to a lot. The line was unbelievably long and slow- the guy taking orders said - “it’s the kitchen- it happens a lot”. When we finally got to the window- at least 15 min- it all made sense. This was not your typical chic-fil-a mad-house where employees are running around filling orders. This place was calm and serene as 4-8 people were just standing around talking- and honestly doing nearly nothing. Next time we’ll go further away to find a normal Chic-fil- a with good service. Yikes!

Frustrated Customer

This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever went to every time I come here at lunch they end up making me park or I don't get my order even though I ordered it on the app they still can't get it right it's unorganized and terrible I will no longer use this Chick-fil-A there's a McDonald's next door and they always get my older quickly. I ordered on the app at 12:18 and I got it at 12:45 and I didn't even receive it at the drive up they made me park and walked it out to me and And then didn't even have my drink and had to go back in and get it. I wasn't the only one parked and this isn't the only time this has happened. This store is miss managed and they need to get it together. I think Chick-fil-A takes advantage of the fact that they're so busy so they just don't care what you think but eventually that'll cost them
