Rude Employees And Cold Food. I Received A Notification That My Order Was Ready As I Was Waiting In The Pickup Area And Still Waited 25 Minutes For Someone To Hand It To Me. I Asked One Of The Gentlemen Working Could He Check If That Was My Order Sitting There And He Shrugged Me Off And Kept Saying It Isn’t Ready Even Though I Informed Him I Received The Notification. He Continued To Go Around The Bag And I Eventually Caught The Attention Of Another Young Lady & Asked Her To Check & It Was My Order That Had Been Sitting For 25 Minutes. There Weren’t Any Condiments, Straws, Or Napkins In The Bag Either. I’d Rather Drive Further Out To Another Location Than To Stop At This One.

CHECK REVIEWS!! This location is the only Chic-Fil-A that continuously fails and does a poor job rectifying issues. It’s true whoever said the manager here is ineffective. We’ve never seen such low quality ratings at a CFA before. Today’s interaction just confirmed our already dubious expectations regarding this particular location. We always order on our app prior to pick up. We are always greeted by a member or a speaker to confirm our order. Today, one person was “working” both lines and never came over the second line. I tried to get help on the speaker…silence. At the window we were told we would have to wait in line all over again. Then she shifted and started our order. The woman behind her said rolling her eyes “they just placed an order at the window?” (How do you think we made it here??) We paid for a sandwich and got nuggets instead. And now the manager wants us to come all the way back and wait in a line AGAIN? Shameful customer service. WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. What a poor reflection of CFA’s integrity and value.

Awful service. The person taking my order is not paying attention, and I have to repeat myself several times to get what I want. Even then, I still receive the wrong items! Additionally, they have a very rude attitude when I inform them that my order is incorrect. I won't be returning and I won't recommend it to anyone else. Chick-fil-A should uphold a brand with good quality of service, as I've experienced at other branches. This one is simply a disgrace to the brand.

Went there today. Drive thru. Placed order. Drive-thru Attendant, Syriah, was very nice. She made sure we got our choice of creamer for our 2 cups of coffee. Order came without a single napkin. Had to go inside to get napkins. We were on I-77 before we tasted our coffee. The coffee is actually TEA!!! Brewed tea for coffee! Come on y'all!! I did call the store back to let them know this and they may want to taste it. It is definitely tea.
Quickly changed my order after I made a mistake. Great attitudes!
