This is my go-to CFA spot, don’t have any complaints whatsoever! Even during rush hours, they still get your food out pretty quickly !

Well usually when you walk in a Chick-fil-A you feel welcomed. I walked in they looked at me nobody spoke. Teenagers was playing and said nothing to me. Waited several minutes to be acknowledged and the entire time my order was be taken they were still talking to each other he finished my order and just walked off again. Trust me I will go to another location worse service ever

I placed a mobile order today at 12:09 PM. Went to pick it up about 15 minutes later, and waited 10 minutes in line. Had to call the attendant over and ask about my order to which she replies that they did not have it and she walked away. I called her back, showed her the confirmation of the order and that my credit card had been charged. She said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager. Manager comes over and gets the order number, verifies they lost the order. At this point, they have wasted 40 minutes of my lunch hour, and I still have no food. I had to ask to be refunded. Horrible service!

I actually love this chick fila and come very often. I just drank my fruit punch and a piece of hair was in my mouth. Me and my household have dreadlocks. It just threw me off a little.

I think the staff is great, that works there. The only thing I did not appreciate was the manager correcting her employees in front of customers. I felt like that was something that should’ve been done in private. The look on the girl’s face when her management was talking to her made me feel bad for her. I simply asked her opinion on the frosty coffee. And got a honest response back. And I apologized that.

Use the mobile app to place my order of Coke zero that was it. Scanned the QR code to let them know I was here and then I waited and I waited and I waited some more. Finally asked someone to check on my order. She said they didn’t have it and was going to cop attitude until I showed her my app showing that my order was placed and they had received it. Absolutely craziness. Order was placed at 3:25 PM. I pulled out of the parking lot with my Coke Zero at 3:49 PM. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. In the future, I will drive a couple of extra minutes and go to the Northlake location.

charges delivery drivers for drink carriers and doesn’t give out bags AT ALL for delivery drivers. we are not provided bags OR carriers by our delivery partner as your sign states. absolutely ridiculous to screw over your customers that pay to get food delivered.

EDIT: they literally had a large orange sign stating that they do not provide drink carriers or plastic bags at all. I was not provided with either one for my order even though I had multiple drinks and multiple paper bags of food. I am not talking about an insulated bag, that should’ve been obvious. See photo which i have now attached.

This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A you can go to in this area. I will never understand why the food at this particular store is so bad. The fries are always bland. Or just stale. I ordered 2 tenders. At the other locations the tenders are juicy, fresh, etc at this one. My tenders look like anorexic. Like if you took one tender and split it in half horizontally. Then it doesn’t look fresh looks like it was fried in old grease…..ALWAYS disappointed at this location I only came cause the meal was free for my rewards…unfortunately it was a waste

Tried to order again today, I gave another chance after repeated times of either not getting what I ordered or just not getting my order at all when picking up. Today was another strikeout obviously as I get a call saying my order was not given to my driver. Thanks a lot for another let down. The manager told me the person that was picking up the order should have mentioned they were picking up someone elses order when 5/7 of my friends got theirs, him being repeated back every name of the orders, and was told they would add rewards to my app since this happens so frequently that it’s a running joke at my office that I can’t eat at this chickfila, and only received a coupon for a free delivery charge😑 like I should trust them with someone else picking a meal up.
