Me, my aunt and a friend of the family treated us to lunch here and we all enjoyed our food as well as enjoyed a nice atmosphere to catch up in. They both ordered the #1 with fries and of course I'd switch it up a little, haha. I went with the #2 and went for the kale krunch salad which I would've been fine just eating that because it was so good! Anytime you can get a great tasting kale salad I say go for it, you can't go wrong and then the pecan topping makes it that much better!

I used to come to this "Chick Fil A" awile back but 1 day i had a situation with my phone and it was just not working in terms of not making calls out of the blue so i thought "Why not aak for the company phone?"

Seemed logical right but nah instead a "Manager" decided to say no,give a fake customer service smile and not provide any logical reason whatsoever of why I couldn't....

You see i used to work at "Autozone" and if a customer genuinely needs help and if it was phone related we always say "Sure Yea" cuz c'mon whats gonna happen? Not a Efffin thing happened they got their help and left the premises. Now because i was a at "Chick fil A" it definitely hurts cuz how the hell your gonna just leave 1 of your best customers hanging??

Told em right then N there i aint goin to this one ever again.
Like i know y'all just serve food but it wont kill anybody to just Lend the company phone to someone whos tryna get oughta freezing weather whos again a regular.

Took me a few minutes but i had to put this out there that if there were any problems with the food id address em not like the other reviewers who complain about a simple mistake unless they messed up my orders Constanty then otherwise...but no im a real Easy customer that doesn't make an Ordeal just cuz of a simple mistake that can get easily fixed thats what the other reviews have been B****ing about.

Terrible service, my friend attempted to pick up my order and they “lost” my order causing her to wait over 15 minutes for my food. We placed the orders ahead of time and they brought one out while the other sat getting cold. She asked for a new fry and Liba told her as a customer she should have asked for the food but 4 different attendants already asked her the same thing so that was on the restaurant to get that correct. I expect much better service from chick fil a these clowns are moving like it’s a Popeyes, I’ve gotten better service at McDonald’s .. but after reading the reviews I should’ve known better.

If I could give this location a zero rating I would, I know this has to be the worst chick-fil-a in Charlotte. This restaurant has the worst customer service ever and I hope management is reading these reviews because the individual you hire definitely do not like working, they are not friendly nor do I believe they have taken any training that the other chick-fil-a restaurant have taken. My next complaint will be a letter to your headquarters to help address your horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. Gave me wrong bun and forgot my chicken nuggets. Honestly never had an issue with my food at chick fil ever. After noticing my sandwich was wrong the lady came outside to ask "what was wrong with it" even though I sent in the receipt and sandwich with other employee like she couldn't tell the difference. I asked for a white un buttered bun like always because I don't like it to be soggy and they gave me a gluten free bun which came overly microwaved and hard in a bag. Then I get home and realize they didn't give me my nuggets. Waiting for a refund now but took almost 15 minutes on the phone. Thankfully this isn't the location I normally go to and will never go back even if on that side of town. The poor girl running the food to all the cars was an absolute angel though, she was nervous but was the ONLY one who even apologized or acted the slightest bit empathetic that they messed up my order, she alone deserves a 5 star.

I ordered an 8pc combo with fries and drink and a grilled deluxe combo with Mac n cheese and drink. The 8pc was good however when I got home the grilled deluxe was a spicy grilled deluxe, tried to eat but was way too spicy, I know my receipt says spicy but the order taker was really talking fast and pushy. Also apparently my food was given to another car so they had to remake it again. Ordered at 12:24 but received it at 12:47.

This is the worst location I’ve been to. They do not prioritize mobile orders And don’t order lunch at 10:40 AM they will be behind and breakfast and you will have to wait a long time
