This location has a 94.5 and I see why. Long wait times, and poor customer service. This is the first time I have ever experienced a bad customer experience at a Chic Fil A. I went this morning and the team lead Mikayla not sure of her name but has blonde curly hair, light skin was extremely rude. I accidentally ordered a chicken bowl when I meant Sausage, and before I got to the drive up, I saw her and said Excuse me. She threw up her finger and said one second, I waited for 3 minutes as I watched her get orders out to other cars. By the time I got to the first window the order was made, and I had to spend another 5 minutes by waiting for the new order. Instead of her just taking the second as she mentioned to see what I needed. I will not be returning.

I visited your location last night and was disappointed with the service. Briasia at the drive-thru was rude and dismissive when taking my order, and I had to wait in line just to get my refund. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I do not plan to return.

2/10/2025. I don't normally write food reviews, honestly ever did. But it's a first for everything. I ordered my food at 6:30pm in the drive through. Didn't get my food until 7:20pm... I ordered a #10 unsweetened tea, large fries and a brownie. I was told to pull up to the stop sign, I got tired of waiting. Called the location to speak with the manager, she told me my food would be right out but it never came. Put my car in reverse back in the drive way wanting my refund. They couldn't give me a refund, I asked was there something in place I can get? She brought out what I ordered, because she asked what I would like for waiting so long. Obviously what I ordered... Whole time I was parked at that stop sign, I can see them all looking at my car, only reason I'm looking is to see if my food is coming but nope. No one even hesitated to asked "did you forget something, what's the name on the order, what are you waiting for?" Nothing. Im not mad, I'm just hurt? Sad? About what just happened.

I requested NO BUTTER on biscuit on my DoorDash order, they refused to correct it when my dasher arrived!! Stop saturating your biscuits in so much butter it’s soggy!!! Yall never answer the phone!

I ordered thru the drive thru and my food was trash. Cold waffle fries and luke warm tenders. Plus no receipt for my order. I'm starting to hate Chick-fil-A. The food, service and quality has went down.

Very busy location, but as always, the staff is friendly and service is exceptional

Edit 1/21/25...I love this location and I rarely go back in to edit a review, but the service at this location this morning was unusual for Chick-fil-A.
I placed an order through the app, arrived to the restaurant and went to the restroom before picking up my order. As I was walking back to the mobile pickup counter, another customer and a Dasher walked up after the me. The employee in the black jacket looked me in my face before proceeding to help the other two people who walked in after me. I wouldn't normally make a big deal out of this if it was McDonald's, but I expect better from this restaurant. As often as I eat from here, if these are the new caliber of employees, I will make my visits less frequent

This Chick-fil-a’s service was mediocre at best and the booths were all dirty when we arrived. (Also, hardly anyone was there, so it was not a dinner rush. I said something about it aloud only to realize that seeming CFA execs were sitting nearby with suits and a red name tag. Then and only then did someone come by to clean.
To start the meal, I had to ask for sauces that I had clearly ordered on my mobile order. They had not included them. (They were on my receipt. I then immediately had to go to the counter to ask them to change the 8 piece grilled nuggets that came out cold. Even the cup was cold. They did change these.
I also ordered a seasonal key lime lemonade, with my meal. It was not good. I had no clue that you could not get a refill of regular lemonade. I only found out when the worker, after taking my cup to fill it was informed by another worker that they were not allowed to fill it in “that cup” (the clear one that they gave me).
I am not from Charlotte, but with another CFA only a little ways down the road, I would not recommend this one.

Never have I ever had Chick Fil A as bad as this place in my life. I had more breading than meat on my chicken and puked shortly after with an upset stomach for the remainder of the night. Rethinking ever eating Chick Fil A again because of this place.
