I ran by as soon it opened 10.30 am. Plenty of staff, only 3 clients. I ordered 1 grilled chicken sandwich. It took me forever to get it. But the most sad part is - the sandwich was absolutely cold. I had to microwave it and my office is 1 minute away from the place.The guy at the front was very polite though.

It's another Chick-fil-A. Warning though, it is impossibly busy during lunch hour. It seems like a quarter of the students on campus are here and the 1.5 hour wait is not worth it.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get in with automatic doors.

Failed to give me extra when I asked for extra tortilla chips and sauce. They also didn't close the bowl of the soup properly which caused me for the soup to spill in the bag.

I am not one who normally reviews a fast food place, However Chick-Fil-A does something that restaurants and a lot of businesses don't. They have a system down down on how to handle the busy and high demand rush of consumers. And yet there workers seem to always (for the most part lol) do it with up beat and pleasant attitudes. That is what impressed me the most, how is it others from fast food, to restaurants to any business hasn't figured out how to implement a system like this. However their Cobb salad was decent, I can't say anything bad about it however also nothing was stand out about it. It was nice to have a fresh salad. And I tried a nugget and there's nothing special to me at least they taste good. But the winner was the peppermint shake! Now that won me over!! I don't normally do shakes and I would have waited in line again and again for that what a nice holiday treat!!

It's good when your order is right. However, they mess up my order fairly often, and are often short/rude to me when I ask for it to be fixed. I shouldn't be made to feel like a jerk when I just want what I paid for.

I work at a Chick-fil-A in Raleigh so I know how things work in the kitchen and the front of house. I think there’s is no excuse for why this Chick-fil-A can have a limited menu, not use the app, and still be so slow. If I want to get lunch fast I’m going to go to Wendy’s or Panda Express. In my experience Chick-fil-A is the slowest food on UNCC campus
The staff is so angry and reluctant to do the job that they get paid to do. For instance, they drag their feet and point at you like you're the worst customer ever when you ask what happened to your drink that's 10 minutes behind your incredibly simple spicy chicken sandwich meal, oh and, what happened to "my pleasure"? The Chick fil A staple? Worst Chick fil A I've been to and I'm from Charlotte. Also, the sandwiches are visibly smaller in size compared to other Chick fil A's outside of campus. That's how they compensate by charging a "cheap" price for it.
