I went to get a Mac and cheese since I was craving some of theirs. I ordered a large so I had thought and received a medium half filled container and a bunch of attitude from management on how they don’t sell a large and that a medium is a largest they have on their menu for Mac and cheese. I just wish the girl whom rung me up would’ve told me that instead of having me believe I ordered a large. But even then the fact that it was half way full is insane. So basically I got a small in a medium container

TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES CORRECTLY AND GIVE THEM FEEDBACK. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND YOU ALL CLEARLY DONT CARE AND DONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. The most pathetic location in Charlotte. A bunch of young kids that don’t have any manors. Do you all even teach your staff to say “my pleasure” anymore? I submitted an order through the app and got there at 10:29. I scanned for mobil drive thru and the app literally crashed as I’m trying to scan so of course, I miss breakfast, but my card is still charged. Usually a manager is decent enough at other locations to still allow you to grab breakfast if you arrive close to end time, and sure enough, young kid doesn’t even offer to grab a manager. That kind of interaction should send a flag off in the kids brain to grab a manager because they young kid should be taught that in training. When i was 17-18 working at chick fil a, we went above and beyond to give the customer a great experience, this sorry location barely even tries. Chick Fil A has tampered with the food ingredients, customer service, and overall experience. I’m SICK OF THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

How do you charge for sweet when you give me unsweetened tea filled to the top of ice with a little bit of tea worst food ever when I wanted sweet tea and light ice I ordered 8 piece chicken nuggets and the nuggets and fries were stale and cold worst place ever literally hell worst people ever

So sad because the food was awful this time. Very unusual. They also were out of tons of items. We couldn’t get the deluxe because they were out of tomatoes and lettuce. The food was not hot. Very disappointing.

There was a bug in my lettuce on my sandwich. Outside of the usual long waits I have to endure every time I go since they have reopened, the only thing the manager offered me was to remake my meal which I declined because of course having a dead bug in my food turn off my appetite. The manager didn't even apologize or anything. Never going back to here.

Drive thru service very disappointed. No cars. Was told I had to drive around again for them to take my order. It was dark and did not see the mobile only sign. Had to wait 5 minutes to go back around. Definitely not 5 star customer service
