I placed a catering order for my sons 8th bday for his class the man who answered the phone was amazing, the young lady who helped me
Bring my order to the car amazing even the man who helped me complete my payment was nice. The issues Upon arriving No Customer I mean completely no acknowledgment No A welcome in Good Morning Good afternoon Nothing !. To add insult to injury I waited at the pick up area 6 plus minutes before ever being acknowledged and I was the only one standing in the pick up area , she literally helped a man right in front of me and never once asked did I need help the Tall Gentleman was not helpful at all either and he looked me directly in my face multiple times. What employees at a restaurant doesn’t greet or anything when you walk in let along being are trying to be serviced . The young lady who may be a manager was just as unhelpful with no Customer Service between the two of them. I pray they are not in management and If so they are reminded of their duty in the role of leadership. Had it not been for my special boys birthday I would have most certainly cancelled my orders BECAUSE I Don’t SPEND MONEY IN ESTABLISHMENTS WHERE THEY PICK AND WHICH CUSTOMERS DESERVE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. The man is Tall and had on a checker or plaid black and white vest with a black hat and the young lady had dark brown hair with a highlight of blonde or brown with a navy fleece on and gray pants. My Experience was underwhelming to say the least

I’m not the only one posting about this. This location has the longest wait for food. It’s becoming a real issue. 25 plus minutes is unacceptable for fast food.
I had a bad experience at this location month back when going through drive thru. What should had been a quick trip before ended up being a 30 minute wait in line. They were serving everyone around towards the back of the line but had 2 people in the very front that we could not leave until they received their food. When asking the employee if they could have those customers pull up so everyone else could leave, they stated that they couldn't because there was already a truck waiting in the pull up spot. I hadn't been back to this location since that incident. Well today, I decided to return thinking may be in was a 1 off situation. Well, I was wrong. Yes, I received my food quickly but the quality of the food was not good at all. I also received 1 honey mustard and 1 ketchup for a medium size order. I had to ask for more and have on more than one occasion not received a straw for my drink. Honestly, those things could be over looked but it's the simple fact that they are losing quality in their food that cannot be overlooked. Some revamping needs to happen at this location because this is honestly the only one I've had problems with. Not even the one inside the mall has this problem.

I recently visited this location and noticed several areas that could be improved, particularly concerning customer engagement and urgency. On multiple occasions, staff members walked past customers without offering acknowledgment, such as a simple “Someone will be right with you”. The team members at the main registers having casual conversation contributed to the perception of a lack of focus on customer service and flow. The absence of a sense of urgency or BASIC customer acknowledgment is quite irritating. I would strongly recommend better staff training in prioritizing customer interaction and maintaining professional focus, as well have a self-serve pickup station. Do better

I hope maybe this morning this location was short staffed because waiting this long for food is unacceptable. 25 plus minutes in the drive thru… I was ready to cancel the entire order but I was stuck in the line with no where to go. I really do like this location but the wait is starting to become an issue in the morning. I hope this is looked into and reevaluated, I really do enjoy the morning crew just wish they had some compassion and urgency as we stop for breakfast before work and waiting long wait times can make customers late.However food is always pleasant and staff.

The service is super slow to be the Northlake location! Definitely do mobile if you are coming to this location.

Not your typical Chick-fil-A. Very slow service in multiple experiences all times of day. I try to avoid this location but wanted to surprise my wife and kids with breakfast, and they open at 6am, other locations open at 630am. Used mobile ordering (no special order items), others in front of me and in other lanes waited 15 minutes to get food and got orders first. I waited another 5 minutes. Take the time to go somewhere else.

This morning I went to this Chick-fil-A, I am a signature member. I have been eating at Chick-fil-A for so many years, but today was the first time that I was not a satisfied customer. The middle aged white woman at the window did not greet me at all, but we're greeting the other customers in the regular drive-through line. She also did not say my pleasure. Every time I come here, the customer service is spectacular, But for some reason today, the ladies did not show me good customer service skills.

This is the third issue that I have come to this location in which my order was completely wrong. I will never visit this location again. Please check your food to all that come to this location because it's probably going to be wrong!
