I went thru drive thru , and as you know they have two lanes . I was there first on one side . Then two cars pulled up on the other side and they hit both their orders before mine.
Went from best spot in town to a hit or miss i just dont know why you lower your standards and food quality at this place. Forget my pleasure, my chicken nuggets always are rubberized or cold bottom of the pile fries and this is multiple times it happens not just one time, hire adults and not kids maybe it will be back to normal instead yall hiring people that dont even care, over all just go to another place and skip this place

This location is always a hit. They have such an amazing staff who is always so friendly. The wait is not long and the food is always amazing. The atmosphere (when we do go in) is always clean and my son loves to play on the equipment. It’s always clean when we go and not crowded.

Visited for a quick snack and ordered a sandwich and chicken strips with a side of fries. The food tasted good, as expected from the brand, but the medium waffle fries were disappointing — there were barely 5–6 pieces. I asked the manager if this was the normal portion, and she said yes. I didn’t expect that response from a store manager, and as someone who has visited Chick-fil-A many times, I know what the usual portion size should be.
Has anyone else noticed that the chicken has gotten a lot smaller the service is getting like McDonald's no one cares not even the manager used to be the place to go but now it's the place to avoid when you get greedy and cut corners you will soon fall serves you right the lady at the counter Debbie is a very rude person should have her in the back washing dishes

I'm not a fan of 90+% drive thru businesses. Trying to get a meal for 3 of us, took 10-12 minutes for 3 meals----crazy slow. All you do is chicken, which is now smaller and more expensive than ever. 1 register inside and literally no one makes eye contact with you to acknowledge we were standing there for refills in the 20yrs old and under crowd working here. Will not return. Not near as good of quality, service or value that I remember as a youth in the Eastland Mall food court days.
