When are they gonna stop sending money to conversion theropy!? The food is fine - it's not the greatest. Their religious zealotry and hatred for a subset of humans prevents my patronage

Guy working the drive thru said I couldn't park where I had parked due to the drive thru. When he was asked where I should park, he directed me to the shopping center parking lot. So I left and went to Bojangles up the road where I had no problem parking my commercial box truck. Not everyone wants drive thru and your parking lot should be able to accommodate. There's no signs to not park where I parked and you lost a customer on the chance someone may have needed that area. Pretty dumb. I can fit a lot more chicken in that box truck than a regular car can....

We ordered 2 club grilled sandwiches & a fries, they gave us grilled sandwiches only, it’s not a club sandwich and the fries are very small pieces. Cold fries too. That’s ridiculous. I thought chick fil a is better than any fast food restaurant, but it’s not,

Please explain how the heck i pay 4 dollars for an advertisement that's states I will get a larger portion, but it comes in this tiny sauce container. When I called customer service, the only reply was, "we can send in your feedback." So, are you acknowledging that this is gaslighting on portions sizing. Like what the heck ??
Let me say this review is not based solely on one visit. I live close in the area for 4yr so it's safe to say I've/we experienced this location many times. HOWEVER, I would say this year alone (2024) today being Sept. 17th. Myself & family have had declining service with this CFA location. I'm not one to write reviews especially w/CFA history of exceptional food & service. But last night service was the final straw. We went through the drive-thru got out order and pulled off only before exiting the parking lot then noticed waffle fries of a COMBO meal was missing. Once home realized the fries (like other reviews) had many scraped from the bottom little & burnt pieces. Last but certainly not lease, I ordered a diet SUGAR-FREE lemonade. Being hard for me to tell the difference between regular & diet. I expect to receive what I ordered. HOWEVER, being T1 DIABETIC my dangerously high blood sugar (400+ mg/dl) throughout the night lead me to believe for a fact was not SUGAR FREE!! Needless to say my family will no longer patron this location. It very much so gives McDonald/Burger King, etc. service. We will drive an extra 5 mins to the newly built CFA in Mint Hill (Mint Hill-Matthews Rd) for the exceptional food & service CFA is known for. Not sure if this Albemarle Rd location is under new management and/or ownership but the fact that whether reviews are good or bad they do not respond says a lot about how much they could care less!!

Visited this location, the service was friendly as expected but they forgot all my salad toppings and sauces and silverware so had to come back around to get it. The banana pudding milkshake is really good if you like banana pudding, definitely would recommend.
Parking: Depending on the time it can be a little difficult to get parking

This location is hit or miss. You might have wilted lettuce in your salad you might not. You might get all the condiments that come with a salad or your breakfast bowl you might not. There is no point in doing mobile ordering unless you’re picking up inside. To order on the app and then have to still wait in line is pointless. They will make you wait in the long line and not prepare your order.
CFA is held to a higher standard than other fast food chains. I don’t eat fast food much, maybe once a month. Yet somehow, every time I go to other chains, they manage to forget an item or completely mess up an order. For this reason, I have almost exclusively eaten fast food at CFA. I’ve never been to this particular location, but I was in the area and decided to order ahead through the app while I was at the DMV, thinking it would save me some time.
After finishing at the DMV, I headed over to pick up my order, only to find out it had been canceled. That was frustrating, but I figured I’d just go through the drive-thru instead.
When I placed my order again through the drive-thru, my sister’s 8-count nuggets were missing. It wasn’t even busy, and all I could think was, "Just put the fries in the bag, unc!" To top it off, I had asked for lite ice, but my drink was filled to the brim with ice. By the time I noticed, we had already driven off, and my sister was understandably frustrated that her food was incomplete.
When I called the location to request a refund, the associate informed me that they couldn’t issue a refund and could only offer the meal at that specific location. This forced me to dispute the charge with my credit card company, which was annoying and definitely not something I expected from CFA.
It made me think about how American consumers have become so complacent with the fast food industry. These chains can hand you a completely messed-up order, and customers will still say "thank you" with a smile as if nothing’s wrong. We’ve become too used to accepting poor service or incomplete meals without holding these companies accountable. It would also be helpful if the app allowed you to schedule a pick-up time, especially when you’re ordering ahead.
Overall, this experience was disappointing, especially given CFA’s reputation for quality service and attention to detail. Sadly this was the last straw that broke the camel's back. CFA needs to do better.
