I’m new to US and it’s less than a month still trying to adjust but I just can’t adapt to the fast food fried chicken. Their service was excellent, I got the chicken sandwich combo and it was just the chicken in the bread looking like an incomplete bugger?, but it’s on me?.. Tasted weird and had some flavor that felt like antibiotic while I struggle my fiancé really enjoyed it.The sprite tasted like sprite and was in a huge cup✅Still adjusting.

I wanted to express my disappointment with my recent experience at Chick-fil-A. I placed an order through the app for breakfast, ensuring it was submitted twenty minutes before the breakfast service was set to end. However, upon arrival, I was informed that I needed to be on the property by 10:30 to pick up the order, a detail that was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase.The app indicated that my order was in the process of being prepared, leading me to believe that I would receive my breakfast as expected. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I was left without the meal I had ordered and was looking forward to.I understand the importance of adhering to time constraints, especially during busy periods such as breakfast service. However, I believe that clearer communication regarding pickup times would have prevented this issue. I hope that in the future, Chick-fil-A will take steps to ensure that customers are aware of any time restrictions associated with their orders to avoid similar situations.
