I moved to this area. Chick fila locations usually have close to 100 percent accuracy in my experience. But so far this location I have been to this location twice and both times the granola parfait has been left out of my bag. The first time I did not catch it until I arrived home. I called there and Juan talked to me. He was very nice and told be told come back when I can and he would correct it. Which he did when I was.able to get there a week later. He was very nice. Today I made the point to check my bag before leaving, and same thing. No granola parfait in bag. They gave me one. This is odd to me that it is the same item and actually happened period. I know chick fila a corporation has strict standards of excellence so this is unusual for a location to do this. I will eventually come again when convenient and hopefully will have a better experience.

This place runs a tight ship in the mornings, love coming here but this is actually my first time there at night. Menu screens were turned off, pulled up to the screen to order and waited a few minutes and then the workers came running out the restaurant to take our orders. Teenagers were all over the place, my Mac and cheese was disgusting when it's normally good. I will not be back at night to this location unless you can control the teenagers that is messing up this establishment at night.

Hello, I was just at you location I came on my break waited in the drive thur because after 9pm the door is locked I did not know this when I got up to the order I asked the guy in the drive thur if I could just get a refill and would that be ok. He told me yes, however when I drove up to the window the guy walked pass me which I didn’t think was a problem because he had food in his hand for another customer. Once he returned I asked him for a refill so that I could be on my way he flat out said no, the only reason i challenged his answer is because I frequent Chick fil a’s often and never had a issue receiving a refill one time. Then he went and got another employee that also said no we can’t do it, I asked her was she a manager she said “No” with an attitude when I asked for the manager she looked at me like and rolled her eyes. I told your employee never mind and left in disbelief because I’ve never been treated so poorly from this establishment. And even if I had a small complaint it was immediately rectified. Please let me know if this is a new policy where you cannot ask for a refill or are your employees making up their own rules at their discretion?

Horrible service . Just leaving the line after waiting 10 mins because I gave them a 100 no one ever said it wasn’t allowed or a problem until the manager walked up to my car basically threw my food at me and told me they will never take a100 for a 9 dollar meal and walked away without even waiting for a responding to see if I had everything .. I have multiple cards with money I broke my 100 to give a homeless man money . I will never be back it’s not about what you do it’s about HOW YOU DO IT !

A wonderful gentleman took our order from the table after we sat down. No standing in line. Felt good. He was very helpful as well. Another worker refilled our drinks. We love CFA.

By far, the best CFA I’ve ever been to. I was greeted at the door and seated where my order taken and brought to me. Sandwich, fries, and cookie were good and very fast.
Jorge (dining room staff), you are destined to be successful at whatever you do. Every employee I saw in this restaurant seemed determined to make each customer’s visit memorable.

They have a bowl on the trash can for unused sauces and the clean up crew also added unused napkins. So gross! Sorry but I don’t want others dirty hands on the sauces or napkins you reuse and give me. Won’t be back.
