It was my first time visiting this location and I loved the food and energy from the staff! Although I went super early around the time they opened through the drive-thru this Saturday there was only one guy taking orders outside and he was very helpful, sweet, and had good energy which was wonderful considering how early in the morning it was, I loved the service it made my day, definitely coming back!

Staff is always friendly and helpful.I wish they introduce a bigger burger … call it a “Ginormous” size :)Jokes apart, just good quick grab burger joint, great shakes, great fries and good shakes. Don’t forget to try the different types of sauces they have, the buffalo sauce has a kick to it.

i order curbside just about every day at 12 and i just get the most amazing service! my food is out within minutes, its always the right order, and the chick fil a team members are always super sweet to me! thank you so much to the carolina pavilion chick fil a! they do an AMAZING job with their efficient and kind service!
This chick fil A needs to change direction— quickly. The brand is known for good, quality service. I can tell you the employees here are not meeting the standard. If the franchise owner wants to keep the brand’s loyalty they need to run their location accordingly. My drink wasn’t full, the lid wasn’t properly put on, the employee taking orders did not understand English very well. Why would you put an employee with English as their second language as the person customers must interact with the most?
