This chick fil a misses the mark. We frequent sometimes weekly for our family of four. I am not sure what is off with this location but we have never once had a fully correct order. The staff working the drive through are very kind but every single time there is something missing from our order or something we have ordered is wrong, without fail. We have tried to get a refund before for an entire missing meal but they only offer vouchers that are too difficult to use or explain when you go back. We now check our order best we can but even then it seems there are still items, condiments or silverware missing once we get home. I have never ever had to question or double check my order at chick fil a before this location became our closest one. We will be trying our luck at the Denver location from now on.

Literally the slowest Chick-fil-a within 20 miles. Drive-thru or inside dining. I was the only person inside and it still took 15 mins for a breakfast sandwich.

The morning crew is amazing, great customer service, takes care of the customers, but the afternoon crew is not the best. Slow customer service, not such a fast fast-food option if you’re in the area in the afternoon. They do not move cars around that’s waiting on their food. The lines are stuck until the first cars get their orders.

I come here often and time after time it seems the male employees are very consistent and friendly but the female employees seem to be at some times rude and don’t want to be bothered and today was one of those days I never thought I’d see chic fil a core views not be shown smh

Honestly they got me with the hot fresh free sandwich but I’m doing my best to avoid this place at all costs. The place is superb on friendly and accurate service but the food quality we know is killing us all. I made it my resolution to not eat any chikfila this year and it’s not even the end of January and the app got me again. Ughhh I promise to do better. Chikfila needs better ingredients—more natural and get rid of all the extra ick. Please don’t kill us with deliciousness. It’s truly not fair!

The line was very long, got my order wrong twice. I’m aware they don’t have pup cups, but how hard is it to throw some whip cream in a cup. Talk about money hungry

Only Chick-fil-A I've ever been to where we had to wait in the drive thru line for a long time. To make matters worse, after receiving our food while in the drive thru line , we then had to wait 15 plus minutes for the car , 2 cars ahead of me, to get a milkshake! Usually restaurants make those who are holding up the line, to pull aside. Besides that, the food was good.

This Chick-fil-a is absolutely HORRIBLE and should be shut down. Food is trash, customer service is trash and management is trash. This cannot be a corporate store. They need to fire the whole store and start from scratch.

This restaurant used to be pretty good as you can see from previous reviews. It has now become like an average restaurant, where you’re just another number. I have frequent this restaurant a lot for the past 12 years. The wait time in the app line is ridiculous. It’s really no benefit to ordering online and choosing pick up because you still have to wait the same time as the other lane. Also they have a bunch of young people that need additional training on being prompt, professional, and attentive to the customers needs. All in all I would say Chic fil a as a whole isn’t bad, but if you come to this location just know what you’ll receive. I think leadership should remember it’s the everyday patrons who keep the lights on, payroll being met, etc. Just food for thought.
