The drive thru line was VERY long while the mobile line kept moving before our line. I thought most locations were moving to double drive thru lines to cut down on the wait time. I now know to do a mobile order if I go to that location.

The drive thru has now segregated the two lines and you can only order from a specific line (Right line only). I advised the girl taking order I was in the wrong line and was told she couldn't take my order because I was in the wrong line....in 10 feet the lines merge into the same line. Store needs better training on common sense.

Just wanted to give a review to this place to express my deep satisfaction with their service. Every time I come here everyone is so incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. I genuinely wonder how the heck you guys do it. Like what is your training/hiring process like because it's crazy. You don't get service like this literally anywhere else.I have a faulty credit card that only works with the swipe (tap and chip no longer work) and the workers are always so patient and don't act annoyed at all when they have to spend extra time fiddling with it. And then I get my food nearly right away. I almost never need to wait. Truly a magical place. Please give my regards to the drive through workers.

Went through line and because no one was in the dt on a Saturday night in a regular line I asked girl at mobile area to please help me. Her words were go back around. What a shame a valued customer has to wait 15 minutes then has to go back around. I left and had the freshest, hottest meal at McDonald’s! Glad I gave my money to someone who appreciated my business! Chic fl a over rated!

Food was good as per usually from Chick fil a ?. However service today was not very friendly from the young lady who took my order and the one who gave me food outside. No one said my pleasure or thank you, this was around 6pm

Since you have closed one lane of your drive thru and made it for mobile orders only, it has turned that experience into a nightmare.I will not waste my time dealing with that when there are other options close by.When you open up both lanes again, I will be back.

I eat here pretty often and it's disappointing to reveal the 3821 Corning Place, Charlotte location is the worst location I've been too.Ordering inside is always a longer wait than the long drivetru. Inside, the kids are more involved with telling jokes and talking than making sure your food is coming out right and quickly.My last visit on April 4, 2023 was no different. I placed a mobile order 5 min before entering the restaurant. I had to still scan my bar code for an eligible reward. OK, that's fine. The problem is I got charged for the free reward. A lead cashier or manager had to void out the reward then key it back in. That took 7 min for the process cause of inexperience doing the return. My food literally took 25 minutes to be received cause I was simply ignored at the pick ip location. My fries came out to me separate from my food but it had salt. I checked, questioned then demanded fries without salt. That took another 10 min for a fresh batch. My food got cold by the time my fries without salt arrived. I frowned and left.Did nit get enough ketchup and dipping sauce. My experience wasn't worth the money I spent.

So I went through the drive-thru on Thursday 3/28/24 and first the lines were split for mobile for one side an order on the other side. There was literally nobody in the mobile line and so you can imagine how backed up the other line was which was where I was at. Stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid that's all I can say about the new drive thru. I ordered a Cobb salad with no corn can you guessed it there's corn on my salad. I got two different salad dressings.It may not seem that big of a deal but the line was really really long because of the mobile line. If you're going to put mobile people first then you have not got my service anymore and I promise I will not be back.

I’ve been through the drive-through twice in the last two weeks and my order has been messed up both times. It’s really disappointing. I wonder if the talent pool that you have to pull from for employees is that bad.

Never thought I'd have to wait around for my order to be taken for 2 minutes, while 2-4 employees randomly stood around doing nothing but talking at 3. It's time for some retraining.

I don’t understand how a restaurant can have 20 employees standing around and still have such horrible service. The food is as good as any other Chick-fil-A, but make sure you check your order because odds are it’s going be wrong.
