Food was ready extremely fast, the restaurant was very busy and customers were still serviced quickly. The staff was friendly and looked to be very capable of completing their tasks knowing what their responsibilities are. (No chaos)

I went in because the drive thru line was long. I went in, there was no one in line before me. It took way too long for someone to take my order. No one acknowledged me/addressed me when I walked in. I ordered a 10 piece mini meal with tea and an extra hash brown. It took over 5 minutes to have my order filled. The man after me who had a large order, milkshakes and drink got his order before me. It seemed as though the drive thru customers were priority and inside customers didn’t matter. Other people waiting on carry out orders were waiting for orders already ready. No one came to give them what was already ready. You all need to address the fact that there is no or very little attention paid to carry out customers.

Well, this is a fast food place! Yet, for me, it is the top of the line fast food
Vegetarian options: The salad was excellent! Very crispy and very healthy
Clean location well run which is super impressive to me as most Charlotte fast food restaurants service is dirty and lazy staff so seeing chick fil a having clean location with well groomed employees who are polite and who make a effort in service is pleasure to come and eat with. The staff bring confidence to the place I choose to eat. I tip my hat to this locations service people and their food. Also this place is super efficient and consistent service. 👍😋

You would think this restaurant is better than it is I will never eat here again the service is terrible. I even overheard a manager talking to employees any kind of way I feel sorry for the employees because management sucks! Run away from this place!

Usually it’s perfect. But today the fries weren’t hot. And a tad undercooked. Got the icedream in a cup. It was not half full.

Manager on duty here had delivery drivers canceling orders over no parking. He has half the spaces blocked off to help regulate the drive thru. When asked what drivers should do about parking he said “just keep circling”.. 20 min plus extended wait times and watched three orders get cancelled. Terrible service.

ALWAYS check your order before even leaving the pull up area, they are notorious for leaving items off the order you paid for. If you leave that area, it's inconvenient for you to get it corrected.
