Love the CFA at Rivergate. The team members are professional and courteous. Our food is always fresh and hot. No complaints.

Sometimes this Chic-fil-a drive thru is fast and has it together. It can be very efficient around lunchtime. But at night, it’s a mixed bag. Sometimes it’s smooth sailing, other times it can be a long ride… when it goes wrong, it is the worst you can find anywhere.. for instance tonight it took over 30 minutes to get from the place you order to the window…the line was short. It just didn’t move. As i type this not a single car has moved forward in over 7 minutes…I wish I could say this is the first I’ve observed this, but it isn’t.
Update:
The food quality is usually pretty good and hot. However this location has a tendency to forget to put things in the bag. There’s at least been 4 times in the last year where ordered food items were left out of the bag. I’d sometimes find out after I’ve drove home, so be sure to check your bag thoroughly at this location. I don’t order here often, but my bag has been without fries at last 5 times here. Just check ;-) Also, if you happen to order soup or something with a lid, make sure they put the lid on tight. We’ve had two experiences at this location where they didn’t actually put the lid on all the way, and most of the soup ended up in the bag.

I went through the drive thru. I asked for warm chicken market salad. Team members do not advise you on which salad has the warm chicken. Why?? I got freezing chicken. The apple pieces are translucent, old looking and very small. Strawberries were slimy, even the chicken tasted old. I also did not get a vinaigrette. I call and Olivia says that the manager is in the back counting money and cannot come to the phone. I have never had such a bad experience in chil fil a before. I will never recommend this location nor will I ever return except for my refund. Who checks the orders are correct before sending them out?!? Too busy talking instead of making sure the customers are satisfied enough to return. Change of management and team retrain.

This Chick-fil-A was the fastest one I have ever been too. Very friendly staff and prompt service. The atmosphere was very welcoming. I'm just .ighr make it a habit of going here every week just for my spicy chicken sandwich.

Thank you Ethan (team lead) for your outstanding and excellent help today. I had a very bad experience that was NOT resolved. However, Ethan did his best to assist. Ethan, you put a smile on my face despite a very bad experience with this Chick Fil A today.
I will NOT be returning to this Chick Fil A……ever again!! There is ALWAYS a problem and bad attitudes from the workers….. ugghhh!!!

Wasnt the best experience....had a really long wait and my order was incorrect. I was in the dining room so I noticed and pointed out the mistake and it was quickly and politely corrected. Food was tasty and the resturant was clean.

I had ordered just before I had got there and waited for about 3 cars in front of me to pull around. My friend who ordered after me had already got her food and I was still waiting for mine. They didn’t even acknowledge us for a good 10 minutes around that time I got my soup which was cold. And they forgot my drink so I had to wait even longer for that and it wasn’t even what I asked for. Worst chick fil an experience ever!!!! Not satisfied at all!

I usually have pretty good service at my local Chick-fil-A (store 14111) but the last two days my orders were incorrect. Yesterday I ordered a pineapple dragon fruit sweet tea and received a regular sun joy. This morning I wanted to take advantage of my rewards to receive a free chicken biscuit but I didn't want the bread. I asked can I get them separately. The person taking my order said yes. I also ordered a side of bacon and side of eggs. The eggs were not in my bag so I had to go inside. I addressed the eggs not being in my bag as well as the sandwich not being separated. The lady took my sandwich and told the cook to put the chicken in a bowl. I was ok until I saw bread still on it. I didn't want the bread because I don't eat it. Very disappointed.
