Ordered 10 count chicken minis entree only; my bread was overcooked on all my minis. Not enough time to return, headed to work. Had to throw away the bread on every mini because it was chewy/overcooked.

Overall this location Dora’s a good job. The food is consistently good and I never have issues with my order being wrong or the food being cold. This evening I wasn’t that hungry, so I got a 2ct chicken strip kids meal with fries. I also tried one of their new cherry berry drinks. I got the one with diet lemonade. At first it was so tart but as the ice melted it tasted good. The one issue where this location suffers from sometimes is the speed of service. They have a system where they bring out the drinks separately from the food. That night I had to wait over 5 minutes for my drinks after my food. My friend’s drink never came out and they had to go up to the counter to get it. So overall this location is good but the service can be spotty sometimes. I would recommend going to the Waverly location.

This Chick-fil-A does not prioritize inside orders. Went inside this morning bc the drive thru line was basically to the entrance. Went in, waited 10+ min for my food while others inside also wait around. But you better believe every drive thru order was served in record speed. Honestly just disappointing. People have to be at work, and not just people going thru the drive thru.
