Keep driving and go to Waverly. I have had quality inconsistency for months with no response from mgmt. I went in yesterday and realized why. Looks like a whole new staff and it’s the worst! Had bugs in my drink a few times, no refund. I’ve gone to this location for decades. Yesterday was my last day.

They gave me wrong sandwhich and I drove all way home. Then when I went back I showed & gave them wrk g sandwhich. They didn’t refund me! They didn’t even give me fresh waffle fries! So I’m stuck w cold fries & Easter almost an hour of my life when I’m very busy!!

I’m on my one hour lunch break and I run a quick errand to the mall and I decided to stop by chick fil a and grab a Cobb salad … on my way back to the office I decided to take a bite of my salad … come to find out it was a damm Market Salad 😤 the receipt stapled to the bag says COBB which is why I never checked in the beginning 🥲… causseee they never make such HUGE mistake before. So, on my way back to the office (20min drive back to office) I see another chick fil a close by and decided to see if they can swap out the Market salad for the original Cobb salad I had purchased elsewhere… Julian a manager at the second chick fil a location (5mins from office) said there was nothing he can do for me he said “we will lose out on money.. since each franchise is owned and operated by different franchisees” as I’m explaining to him the error, I handed over the bag — he didn’t offer me a one time courtesy of an exchange and he never gave me BACK the food I originally ordered!!! So not only did I not get to eat on my lunch break but I’m the one who loses out on the $15 meal I never got 😤😤😤

I’m not sure what’s going on at this CFA lately but my order has been wrong the last two visits. Unfortunately I ordered salads to eat later in the evening so by the time I go to eat, I notice I have the wrong salad but they’re closed. Going forward, I will start checking my order which I never had to do in the 8 years that I’ve been coming to this location.

I definitely don’t recommend the delivery through CFA. I ordered one my food at 9 and the pushed it back two time and didn’t get here until 10:20. This has happened once before. So I would recommend going to pick up yourself.
