Update 4/17. Visited and spoke with a manager and they kindly provided a free meal. Thank you.Original post: Food is always good but the service is slipping at this location. Several issues on my last few orders. Today - 2 Cobb salads and got home and no dressing was included, which I ordered. Hard to make it a good salad with no dressing and we were completely out at home.CFA was one place I figured I didn’t have to double check everything before I leave. Now I will have to take the time.Disappointing.

Incredibly fast and service extremely friendly. I never expect the level of courtesy and kindness from staff but chik fil a really nails it and this particular location really has it goin' on. Keep rockin' Waverly Chik Fil

Gail the manager at this location is phenomenal!!I was having issues with my app taking payment off my GIFT CARD as opposed to simply scanning it to redeem rewards and pay another way, but Gail fixed it up for me! The solution is to tell the cashier before you scan anything-"I DONT want to pay on my app, I just want my points. I'd like to pay with a separate form of payment." So they click a different button on the POS.Gail threw me some rewards and was so helpful through all this!!!Thank you Gail!!!!!!!Additionally while we were there, a kind older woman who was running orders, cleaning the lobby, checking on guests, HELPED US come up with a cute photo idea. We were all students on a work lunch and our organization was having a competition for most creative photo. The lady was so kind and allowed us (20+ years old) to break the rules and enter the play place for the photos. Thank you!

As always I like the delicious food and the very friendly staff.
Went through the drive-thru and was asked to pull forward while they got our order together. We sat for 10 minutes and no order. I had to go inside and get a manger. They quickly assembled an incomplete order. Their excuse was they had “a big order.” As we waited for 10 minutes, we saw order after order being handed out. I didn’t have time to check it since we were now running late to a competition. Of course, they left off half our order. If they ask you to move forward, DON’T DO IT!! THEY WILL FORGET YOUR ORDER!

I hate to give such a bad rating but this is a culmination of mishaps over the past several months. There is absolutely no quality control taught at this location. Their success rate on getting an order right over the past several months has been about 33%, which is horrible especially when considering how expensive it is for fast food. This past experience, my wife and I each order a salad and they didn’t give either of us dressing. My wife ordered Diet Coke and they gave her Dr Pepper. When we approached to have order corrected it took several minutes for any staff to even acknowledge us and they were not busy. I frequent this location because it is close to my house but after this last experience I am done with this location!!!
Same good chic-fil-a food with good staff and great service! It’s been a pleasure.Parking: Lots of parking spots as it’s in a plaza with other stores.
