So, the nuggets were, well, I can only describe it as those frozen dino nuggets after you cook them and leave them out for too long. Like when the nugget 'skin' starts to fall off and all the dino nuggets become naked and soggy from the sad situation they'd been put through.

The management staff picks and chooses who to service had a breakfast order get canceled and was told it was nothing she could do even though the sandwich was made. As I’m ordering lunch she offers the last of the breakfast items to a lady with toddlers who came in 2 mins after me.

Along with the amount of traffic this places produces due to the poor design I’ll be excited the day doors close!

Horrible experience with the food yesterday. Fries had no salt. The burger patties seemed old and stale (not rotten). No juice or taste. Not enough sauce in the burger.

Never again at this store. It wasn’t even busy.

The children's play area is FILTHY. They don't mop or sanitize. My bottom of my children's feet were black. They were also covered in crumbs from who knows where! If you're reading this, don't allow your children to play in there! They don't clean up the children's space... VERY DIRTY with garbage boxes stored behind it.

Really disappointed in the service provided today. Ordered at the drive thru and when I got home they missed my daughter’s kids meal. After driving 20 minutes back to get it corrected. I also asked for a replacement for my food since I didn’t get to eat and it would be cold by the time I got home. The teenagers in the window had an attitude and refused to make things right. I used to work at chick fil a when I was younger and this is not the level of service that they expect their employees to provide. Very frustrated.

UPDATE: Called the restaurant per their request and was told the manager that read the complaint wasn’t in so they would give me a call back. Still haven’t heard anything from them or have received a refund.
