I go here all the time because I stay Nearby and today I did a mobile order and tried to pay with it through Apple Pay. It went through so when I tried to scan my barcode, it said that I could not be processed so the money was taken off my card already when I got to the window they told me it was decline mind you that was the last $10 that I had so I came there to get something to eat, because I usually get great service. Instead of the manager coming to talk to me herself, she keeps relaying messages through the employees and for me if you’re a manager, you should come to the customer and try to figure out a solution, but yet she kept doing other things and blew me off. I’m a Customer just like anyone else in the drive-through and wanted to know why my money was taken off my card but yet I could not get my food. It was told that I have to wait 24 hours for it to be reimbursed. It would definitely be a while before I go back to that location.

Poor service constantly, knowing the chick fila standards and visiting this location will leave you feeling very disappointed. More like a McDonalds. They don’t SERVE anyone. Charging paying patrons for water, no “my pleasure”, no second mile service to be seen. Knowing these front line workers are a reflection of their leaders. I will drive to concord mills even though I live less than a mile away from this location.

Had my order taken somewhere in the line before the drive through passes the actual menu, so I felt pressured and rushed to order something I didn’t usually like. When I ordered an ice cream cone (yknow. Something they’d make on the spot anyway) they made it tiny and disappointing and then I found out they hadn’t rung up my drink to begin with and I’d have to pay for that separate too. All in all, a disappointment.

Never really had a problem with the food but the service could use work. This is the slowest CFA I’ve ever been to and honestly it’s the longest I wait in a fast food line anywhere. Also, the employees (mostly teens, which I understand) be doing all that talking and playing by your car window while you have to wait for a long time 🫠

What can you say. The very best food, service, and attention to detail in the industry. Crazy other fast food brands don't try and mimic there business model. Imagine going to the Arches and being treated like you were at Chick-fil-A.

This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A location I live close by and I’d rather drive an extra 15 to 20 minutes to visit another Chick-fil-A location because the service the food is just the worst and then the customer service is worse and then the people working outside and give you orders they don’t listen and give you what they want to give you and then when you drive home, you got the wrong order so then you have to drive all the way back. This is ridiculous And this is every time I stop and visit this Chick-fil-A. I tried to come here because it’s closer to my home and I’ll be on my lunch break, but it’s a hassle.

Last 2 visits have been less than ideal for a Chick-fil-A experience. Left drive thru without my complete order. Had to go inside just to be met with an attitude from young lady at the register. Chick-fil-A is now no different than any other fast food chain. That signature service is slowly fading away.

So, the nuggets were, well, I can only describe it as those frozen dino nuggets after you cook them and leave them out for too long. Like when the nugget 'skin' starts to fall off and all the dino nuggets become naked and soggy from the sad situation they'd been put through.
