I did a drive though order for a chicken deluxe meal with large fries and a strawberry milkshake. The fries weren't fried properly and were very soft. Also there were barely 10 fries in a large box. Disappointing service. I had to wait for 10 minutes for the milkshake to be delivered while I waited in the parking. I had to check with them twice to see why my milkshake was delayed. My sandwich got cold by the time I got the milkshake. This is the first time ever that I am disappointed with the service and food at Chick-fil-a.

They have coming soon mobile order lane so I pulled through to order and the 2 employees were arguing over who was supposed to be outside and who was supposed to be inside so I sat there while they argued finally she came over and asked for my mobile order name. I told her I didn’t have one I wanted to just order and she told me I couldn’t that I would have to go through the line and get back in the other lane. If one lane is open for mobile orders take down the coming soon signs and be more professional in front of customers

This location always serve their fries half full. They don’t even apologize when you ask them to make it full. The inside is always with dirty tables. I cannot stand to eat there at all. I am going there rarely because it is closest Chick-fil-A to my home. However as an ex-platinum member, I prefer not to buy from this location and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.

Horrible severe this morning, drive thru order, they got my order wrong and missed items. When I went in about the mishap, was asked if I was sure.... Was in too much of a rush to argue and was trying to keep my cool about it. I was already upset about there being only one size of coffee when I asked for a large and having missed items in my order. Just found another issue, they gave me regular sugar when I specifically asked for Splenda for my coffee...

ten people working for the driver where the person is supposed to enter through there so as not to get out of the car. They forget the order, I ordered a kids meal, they forget the toy, I ordered ketchup, they forget it, I ordered fries and they didn't even order them, bad attention from the staff, bad service. To complete the qualification it was raining, I had to take my daughter down.

Worst Chick-fil-A experience ever. I just left here. Drive thru. I feel bad for the workers because the sun was beating down on us even in the car and they don’t have any shade to assist on the ordering process. Ordered a kids meal with ice cream in a cup and two frosted lemonades and a fry. One was ordered with reward points. Received the kids meal and the fry, and was asked to pull out front to receive the rest of my order. Waited for about 10 minutes and saw several others receive ice cream or milkshakes. At last the young woman who I saw at the window was coming out and I had hope. But she walked out side to switch with another worker and did not acknowledge me. At that time my pregnant wife had enough and told me just to get a refund. I walked in and spoke to another young lady at the counter and asked for a refund because I had not received the rest of my order. No one else was in line which made me a little more confused as to why there was a delay. I asked for a refund for my frosted lemonades. And stated that one was a reward from my points. The manager did not try to make one for me or ask to substitute anything else. At that moment I would have been cool with a sweet tea. The sun was beating down and I was parched.I’m not saying I will stop going to Chick-fil-A. But l will not be returning to this one in particular. I even had it for breakfast at the one by Northlake Mall. The stars aren’t to say the food was bad. I just didn’t have the food to leave an accurate review. 2 stars for the two items I received.I never leave reviews this long but I was just shocked to the bottom of my foundation how bad of an experience I just had.
