Every time I come to this Chick-fil-A, I leave impressed. The staff is always so friendly, my order is always right, and the food comes out quickly and fresh. You can tell the manager (Jayda) really cares because the whole team works together so well and treats people with kindness. It makes a big difference when you feel genuinely welcomed, and this location nails it every time. Thank you for making each visit such a great experience!

Lmfao Jayda had me trespassed because the person in front of me wasn’t moving through the mobile pick up line so I was blaring my horn until they moved and I still didn’t move. They sat there and they’re wind up Tesla order their food. Talk to the customers in the line beside it, got out of their car and had conversations with the people in the other line while holding up the rest of us, but it’s OK. They even called the cops because I was blaring the horn. Jokes on them I don’t eat there my husband does so my feelings aren’t hurt. This is the second time I’ve had issues with Jayda. The first time she was in her feelings over some sunjoy like it comes out of her pocket. She came up to my truck like she was gonna fight me until one of the other manager stopped her and then couple days later she apologizes she just didn’t want me to call corporate and get her fired

There is only 1 bathroom for all EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS! 1 stall. 1 single person bathroom. Outside seating only. Such a bad design. At least expand the restrooms!
I love Chick-fil-A but especially love it when customer service is exceptionally genuine. Today I had the pleasure of visiting the drive thru with coworkers and Avery was so sweet!! We eat at CFA often when we travel and are seldom disappointed - this was the exception. The person taking our order at the outside window (no inside seating) was impatient and not helpful. The food was hot and prepared ok but nothing special. The bathrooms are single person by gender and both sadly needed attention. If you’re looking for the Chick-Fil-A experience, this is NOT it.

First of all, if you're gonna make people wait for food, DONT MAKE US WAIT right at the end of a 2 lane drive thru, have a damn parking spot! Getting honked at waiting for food is absolutely ridiculous and humiliating
