Food is always great. My issue is the young man with the glasses that works Friday mornings that wears strong women's perfume and handles my food and drink cup, it sticks to everything and is overbearing and ruins my appetite for breakfast.

OUTDOOR ONLY. There is no dine in at this location. The staff are friendly, food is on par with other stores. If you want to order in person, you need to stand outside and wait inline. While this works in warm temps, for a portion of the year this is extremely silly.

I live in Florida, but my sister lives in Harrisburg, and I wanted to surprise her with lunch for her birthday. Ordering through the app was incredibly easy, and the convenient delivery option was the best part. Not having to go through a third-party service and deal with all the extra fees was such a relief. I even asked if they could wish her a happy birthday for me, Angie our delivery driver happily obliged! The whole experience was seamless and made her day extra special.

Extremely disappointed and angry. A cup from Chick-fil-A shattered in my hand during normal use. As a result, multiple personal items were damaged, including my phone and rare, irreplaceable children’s books that cannot be purchased in this country. This was not misuse — it was a clear product failure. What’s completely unacceptable is the response afterward. The insurance company replied that Chick-fil-A “does not take responsibility for their materials.” That was it. No support, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the situation, despite the serious damage caused. For a company of this size, this level of indifference is shocking. I was left with losses and excuses. This experience seriously damaged my trust in the brand. Do better.
