First of all, if you're gonna make people wait for food, DONT MAKE US WAIT right at the end of a 2 lane drive thru, have a damn parking spot! Getting honked at waiting for food is absolutely ridiculous and humiliating

Typical great customer service that is the norm for this chain. One complaint/suggestion: The drive thru line was extremely TOO long with only 1 or 2 cars in the mobile thru line. They should have directed some drive thru cars to the mobile thru line to cut down on the wait

This is a review of collectively each visit I've had. The last was disappointing because my 2 selfish teenagers asked to stop and spent their money to buy them food. Got in the truck and looked like squirrels with nuggets and waffle fries in their cheeks, only to then ask what I was going to eat and sit silently when I said nothing. Have I taught them nothing?? Anyway, I could observe and smell that the visit was spot on, even if the kids didn't care about me.

We went to this Chickfila last Saturday. They got our order completely wrong. Like 5 items. I spoke with Brian who said he was the manager on duty and he advised he would replace our order. We got up this morning my husband who had exact time and a receipt with him went to get the corrected order and then tells us they won’t replace our order. I then called Chickfila when my husband got home and the GM pretended that she wasn’t herself to dodge our phone call. This service along with the management at this Chickfila is horrible and I will also be contacting the corporate office and would like to hear back from the franchisee.
