Let me tell you about Chase — the absolute legend working at Chick-fil-A. This man isn’t just an employee — he’s a customer service savant, a drive-thru diplomat, a nugget-distribution ninja.

From the moment I pulled up, I knew Chase was built different. He greeted me with a smile so sincere I nearly cried. I don’t know what kind of training program Chick-fil-A has, but I’m 97% sure Chase is running it behind the scenes while also solving world peace during his lunch break.

I stuttered through my complicated order (add cheese, no pickles, two sauces, one fry extra crispy — you know, the usual chaos), and Chase didn’t blink. He nodded with confidence, like, ā€œI’ve trained for this moment my whole life.ā€ And guess what? The order was perfect. Not Chick-fil-A perfect. Chase perfect. A higher standard.

Not only did he handle the order like a seasoned pro, but he also made polite, non-cringe small talk that made me feel like I’d just gained a new best friend. He said, ā€œMy pleasureā€ with such conviction, I almost believed I was the only customer he’d ever served. Like I was the main character in a rom-com where love is spelled C-H-I-C-K-E-N.

At pickup, he handed me the bag like it contained holy artifacts. Everything was tucked in neatly, with the sauces placed like they’d been arranged by a tiny food stylist. The fries? Hot. The nuggets? Golden. The vibe? Immaculate.

Chick-fil-A, if you’re listening: give this man a raise, a cape, a statue outside the building. I don’t know what kind of magic Chase is working, but I’m 100% here for it. If Chase ran the DMV, people would actually be happy to go. If he ran for president, I’d vote twice.

In conclusion: Chase is the GOAT. I came for a spicy deluxe. I left with restored faith in humanity.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with chick fil A! The order taker was dry, rude he seemed irritated like he didn’t want to be at work ! I mean like where are those nice chick fil a workers because he wasn’t! Our order was wrong the food was nasty, cold just disgusting 🤮 I had to pick over my food the cook was in the back throwing food to the front I should have known then it wasn’t going to be good fire the whole first shift and start over or just send them folks to the hospital kitchen to where you don’t have to see them at all! Just because it’s in a hospital don’t mean it’s good for business!

I did a mobile pick up order, I opened my bag and the first thing I noticed was my two honey mustard sauces wasn’t in the bag. I asked for them and I received them, so that why I gave service 3 stars but as for my chicken biscuit I HAVE NEVER received such an visual unappetizing biscuit in my life. they don’t advertise food that looks like this so I’m not sure why it would be served. I couldn’t go back because unfortunately I’m on my way to work.

I just spent over $30 and they got my order wrong. They forgot my chicken sandwich and then whenever I got it it was hard as a rock that I couldn't chew it. I'm very disappointed this is right in the middle of the hospital right? When patients should be worried about what's going on medically not if their food's right or not the service was bad I had to go up there 3 times and I have a 1&2 year old fighting kidney disease. I'm very disappointed the drink was out so I had to switch drinks because the coke didn't taste correctly and I spent 30$ the food is trash I'm very disappointed no salt on food

The Last Spartan

They completely messed up my order. I ordered a simple chicken nugget meal and it was messed up. They gave me burnt grill nuggets, and didn’t even give me my extra sauce. Restaurant tables were all dirty. Kinda odd that this is what Chic fi li is now……. ā­ļø Order#551464

Do NOT go here unless you plan on waiting longer than the actual medical procedure takes. They are soooo slow. (Except for the atrium workers).. they actually skipped people who ordered ahead to make sure they had there’s.
