I did a mobile pick up order, I opened my bag and the first thing I noticed was my two honey mustard sauces wasn’t in the bag. I asked for them and I received them, so that why I gave service 3 stars but as for my chicken biscuit I HAVE NEVER received such an visual unappetizing biscuit in my life. they don’t advertise food that looks like this so I’m not sure why it would be served. I couldn’t go back because unfortunately I’m on my way to work.

I just spent over $30 and they got my order wrong. They forgot my chicken sandwich and then whenever I got it it was hard as a rock that I couldn't chew it. I'm very disappointed this is right in the middle of the hospital right? When patients should be worried about what's going on medically not if their food's right or not the service was bad I had to go up there 3 times and I have a 1&2 year old fighting kidney disease. I'm very disappointed the drink was out so I had to switch drinks because the coke didn't taste correctly and I spent 30$ the food is trash I'm very disappointed no salt on food

The staff here is on point! They are so respectful and kind.The staff made sure the dining area is clean and checked on each customer and made sure everyone was satisfied. The food was out quick and was so delicious.

They completely messed up my order. I ordered a simple chicken nugget meal and it was messed up. They gave me burnt grill nuggets, and didn’t even give me my extra sauce. Restaurant tables were all dirty. Kinda odd that this is what Chic fi li is now……. ⭐️ Order#551464
Do NOT go here unless you plan on waiting longer than the actual medical procedure takes. They are soooo slow. (Except for the atrium workers).. they actually skipped people who ordered ahead to make sure they had there’s.
Order was completely wrong. Sent "charred tomato crispy red bell peppers" for the parfait. Added cheese to wrap and can't eat cheese. Just a mess but late for our appointment so ...

When your in a hospital sometimes you need something good in your day. Not surprisingly IMO this company normally will meet or exceed something good with there "it's my pleasure to serve you" mentality. Well....in the case of this location what we got was BAD service, BAD food and people who could CARE LESS. If this was our first visit to this food chain....without a doubt it would have been our last. I hope this was just a bad day and that NO ONE else has this experience! No Bueno on this location folks and BTW it takes FOREVER to get your food.

Terribly under staffed which is understandable, what is not understandable is the people that are working have no urgency. So slow, seem to be focused on taking the orders but not filling them. The ladies were talking and laughing but not moving to fill orders
I work at Novant hospital so I ordered on DoorDash got my order and went to the cafeteria open my bag and it had a fruit net coming out of the top of my salad I didn’t even eat it put it right in the trash
