Food quality is poor. Cold and tough biscuits, cheese not melted. Taste like frozen and not made fresh. Chicken minis tough and cold as well. Charge for sause/dressing because we wanted 2 different types. Menu prices are higher that any other local location and they then upcharged me for a medium/regular drink (not a large that other locations upcharge for).Staff were friendly but food was terrible. Save your money and go to another location.

A little disappointed that I wasn’t served this morning. I came in around 10am and they said that they were closed. The sign states that it closes at 5pm. There were no signs up mentioning early closure and it was fully staffed.
I wanted this place to be good, but every time we went, it was disappointing. We had a 3 week stay at the NICU and tried this place probably 5 times. 1 time they got the order right. Every other time we had either missing pickles from sandwiches, sauces weren't included, half filled fry boxes, the register that took the hospital meal cards would be down, just a real mess.

The trash cans were full, piled up on top and falling on the floor. 4 people behind the counter and still couldn't get the orders out. The woman fixing drinks couldn't get the orders right. And this dirty messy place was inside a hospital.

Nuggets are always great but if u ask for tea. Ask for extra ice n sugar or u get a cup of tea no ice makes the cup flemsey and u just gotta ask for sugar or it'll be sugarlessKid-friendliness: Staff ⚕️ always nice to kids and u always have a choice to sub with for kids like my grandson he is all Abt sum nuggets no sauce just fix his ice creme he dips his nuggets in that chocolate ice creme and eats ever bite .loves the brownies ?
