Great food good food and good people
the food is great but the employees are garbage. I never had such a horrible experience. I placed an order through the mobile app. when I got there my order was almost ready but I was told it would be another minute because they were waiting on a spicy chicken sandwich. the girl had me pull up past the door and wait for 10 minutes. Mind you, I have political stickers and pro police license plate frame. As im waiting I see her staring at the back of my car and whispering to other employees. she finally brings me a bag, says here's your order and almost threw it at me. when I got home I notice the order was missing the exact sandwich I was told I was waiting for. This was very personal and uncalled for. I will never go to chik-fil-A again. train your employees better. this was at the Levittown NY Chick-fil-A and the employee is a teenager with blonde hair and horrific attitude.
Drive through staff standing outside, they take your order quick and help keep the line moving.

Always friendly and appreciative. I was doing door dash and they are always on point and fast, even when I go as a customer,, Hood food, clean and very friendly you will not go and stand and not be recognized unlike many other restaurants

I didn't think it was possible to have a chikfila with terrible customer service but here is the location! Chikfila always speedy? Not this one! This chikfila location hits below average on every scale you could think. The management ignores customers along with employees and they frequently get orders wrong! Keep your money or go to ANY other location!!!!

This location has greatly improved in service & speed since it first opened! The team is friendly, efficient, and the food is always the same great reliable taste. I also love how they will sometimes host community events for the neighborhood — great addition to east Charlotte!

Petty and nasty customer service at my local place. And today I found out 800 number to call about a complaint really ain’t much better. They’re more concerned about their so-called policy that you can’t even read on the little B our guest coupon that it takes a brain cancer surgeon to put some nuggets, four little nuggets and four little biscuits in a separate box and it wasn’t that they wanted to not give away the boxes cause they told me they could give me the boxes and I could separate it myself as I sat there 10 minutes in the line as it was debated back-and-forth, I offered to come in a nice sweet girl said Dont she took care of it She wanted to take care of it, but the manager wanted to shout to everybody mocking me as I watched her and heard her questioning “what allergy” I am officially done spending any more money at Chick-fil-A !
This place is amazing! We always stop in for a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink! My kids love it! It's a quick drive, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is amazing.
Seriously who reviews the applications for NEW hires !?! Daughter literally put morning shift only , PT and in college .. Gave hours can work , YOU AGREE and discussed such hours in INTERVIEWS for Epperson location .. she was transparent about hours and days then 3 weeks in gets assigned to wrong hours and she advises all days and hours can work again even though in writing and then FIRE via text!!!!!! No explanation .. What world are you living yo treat an employee so carelessly!?!? so because your hiring process cant manage properly and hire for what intended slots needed you just let someone go without any information. This is a disgrace to a franchise and I’m disgusted .. I can’t even describe how infuriated I am right now

I would like to say that I actually love chil-fill-a their food it’s pretty good but there is only one thing that I hated on my last visit and it was bc I was waiting patiently on the line for like 20 minutes and there were people getting on the front of everyone, They were skipping the line, like one of them got infront of me, I wasn’t gonna make a scene for it but I honestly didn’t like it so I told the guy that was taking my order about the situation and he just said 🤷♂️ we can’t do anything and I mean it’s not fair I feel like y’all should add a policy saying that if you get caught skipping the line they won’t take the person’s order until they go to the back of the line or something like that cause it’s not fair and disrespectful to be cut in line man
Catering order recommendations! I recently did a catering order from the Daly City location…was extremely displeased but learned my issues were isolated since Chick-fil-A is a franchise and each location operates differently. Below are some tips and pitfalls I encountered. 1. A good location will call to confirm your order 24 hours before. This is critical since time and location matter 2. Ask about your delivery options. I learned less than 10 minutes before my order was supposed to be delivered that “I did not achieve their minimum quantity for delivery so my order would be pick up only” 3. It is easy to mess up am and pm for your order (7:15am vs 7:15pm) so always double check I will NEVER do a catering order from Daly City/Serramonte location. Customer service was horrible, did not work with me to resolve my delivery options, manager never called me back. Would have appreciated some concessions given all the trouble I encountered and scrambling at last minute
I never thought I'd experience a bad chicfila but this location is awful!!! They don't care about nothing!! They need to start over. I've tried to give this location multiple chances, but everytime it's something wrong or I'm caught with an attitude
