I would like to say that I actually love chil-fill-a their food it’s pretty good but there is only one thing that I hated on my last visit and it was bc I was waiting patiently on the line for like 20 minutes and there were people getting on the front of everyone, They were skipping the line, like one of them got infront of me, I wasn’t gonna make a scene for it but I honestly didn’t like it so I told the guy that was taking my order about the situation and he just said 🤷♂️ we can’t do anything and I mean it’s not fair I feel like y’all should add a policy saying that if you get caught skipping the line they won’t take the person’s order until they go to the back of the line or something like that cause it’s not fair and disrespectful to be cut in line man
Catering order recommendations! I recently did a catering order from the Daly City location…was extremely displeased but learned my issues were isolated since Chick-fil-A is a franchise and each location operates differently. Below are some tips and pitfalls I encountered. 1. A good location will call to confirm your order 24 hours before. This is critical since time and location matter 2. Ask about your delivery options. I learned less than 10 minutes before my order was supposed to be delivered that “I did not achieve their minimum quantity for delivery so my order would be pick up only” 3. It is easy to mess up am and pm for your order (7:15am vs 7:15pm) so always double check I will NEVER do a catering order from Daly City/Serramonte location. Customer service was horrible, did not work with me to resolve my delivery options, manager never called me back. Would have appreciated some concessions given all the trouble I encountered and scrambling at last minute
I never thought I'd experience a bad chicfila but this location is awful!!! They don't care about nothing!! They need to start over. I've tried to give this location multiple chances, but everytime it's something wrong or I'm caught with an attitude

I wanted to make sure I shared this review with the public.
First, I will say that there are some very dedicated, hard working, delightful, family oriented, customer service experts and overall phenomenal team members at this location. The Owner (Taylor) I believe worked for Chick-fil-A as a teenager and her daughter often comes in and works alongside the team.
It is always the expectation when going to Chick-Fil-A that every single thing will be perfect. However, in this economy and today’s ever changing labor market let’s give a little grace…folks are working because they have obligations, tuition payments, childcare, and just trying to meet the needs of their families while smiling, making sure you receive your order promptly, correctly, and fresh prepared food. This location is serving several needs in the community.

I've never been a fan of Chick-fila-A decades ago(I still don't like the chicken sandwich) and not a fan of the traffic....but someone at work got me a salad, and I enjoyed it, then another time that same person treated me to lunch and I got the cool wrap. I've eaten Chick-fil-A 3 times this week(all cool wrap meals).

Today I waited for my milk shakes for more than 10 minutes for my order to eat inside, they were serving other orders and had already served my food, my fries and sandwiches were cold, poor customer service, they should improve on that, give priority to orders already served

This used to be the best CFA in all of Charlotte. Since re-opening they have never been the same. Their breakfast biscuits are often not fully cooked and the bacon is soggy. They leave out napkins, straws, etc. They don't pay attention to customers when submitting orders. We always request no ice in our drinks but 50% of the time they still put ice in the drinks. They give diet coke when we request regular coke. All of the above can be fixed or corrected but the one thing that can't is the attitudes by some if the drive through employees.
I have asked for management to investigate an issue from 2 employees in the drive through lane who have no business working in fast food/retail positions. Multiple calls saying they are looking into it but never a reply. They need to check their online reviews to realize they have issues and instead of getting upset because a customer complained they need to find the problems and fix them. Today was the last chance. They gave us grilled nuggets instead of fried nuggets. They smell terrible and look even worse (all sweaty in a little round container instead of the nuggets box). Being a signature CFA means nothing at this location. Go elsewhere.
Wendover had lots of issues when they first opened but even they have worked out their opening issues and are better than this (Randolph Rd) location.

Josh and Jordan came through in a HUGE way this morning. We had a mix-up with a large catering order on our end, and from the moment I walked in to the restaurant, they were completely attentive and put me at ease. I could not have asked for a better experience. They were patient and extremely accommodating. Monica helped us take stuff to the car and was more than pleasant. They pulled through in a BIG way, and I look forward to doing business with them again soon. We were absolutely taken care of in a pinch, and I couldn't be happier with the way it all turned out. THANK YOU - THANK YOU - THANK YOU!!!!!!! You all are lifesavers! We appreciate your hospitality.

Be prepared to wait in line for 20 minutes on average. Tried the drive thru several times and it's just too slow.

This the only CFA that’s ever gotten my order wrong or been very slow. They also let people in line before closing but will close exactly at 9pm while folks are in line. It’s very poorly run. Owner needs to spend more time at this location.

Quick friendly service for walk in customers. Ordered off the breakfast menu. Coffee was unfortunately room temp and tasted old, but the cashier happily replaced it with cup freshly brewed. There was a guy at one of the tables on speaker phone with some type of medical group… appeared that he was on some type of business call. I changed seats to the outdoor seating by the drive thru, which was more pleasant. Four 4 tops with umbrellas for outdoor seating. I’d recommend!
