The food is fantastic , great service, but the girls outside taking orders are freezing. The one said Chick-fil-A charges $50 for a coat. Unbelievable, considering how much money this company makes they can’t even give their employees gloves and a jacket to wear outside. Shameful.

So much trash was talked about the sixth grade 1st Opened it was even deemed the “ghetto” Chick-fil-A. Well none of that is true and is definitely not the case as of today the line is Chick-fil-A is always wrapped around the corner. The qualities is excellent. The customer service is top-tier.!

I DoorDash from time to time for extra cash and I usually have a pretty smooth experience with this location. They’re A LOT slower than others, it usually uneventful. Tonight, I got an order and the pickup time was 10:12 PM. Everyone knows CFA closes at 10, so I thought maybe there is a policy for these orders. I called them and when someone picked up, I asked if they had a DD order under the name and was hung up on. I was so stunned, I really just sat there staring at my phone. I could see several employees standing around at the counter and I wondered if the manager witnessed what happened. The person sounded like a young girl, so I doubt it was someone high up on the chain of command, but if they can drill “my pleasure” into these kids, surely they can teach them how to answer a simple “do you have this order?” WTH?

Drive thru Ordered a fruit salad one piece looked like it had been chewed on another had apple stem still there an no strawberry’s Disappointed and disgusted I don’t understand why we get rewards for a bad review and that’s it🤷♀️
The chicken is no longer flavorful like it used to be. The texture, taste, flavor is a 1 for me and many others I know. Sadly, we cannot patronize Chick-fil-A any longer unless they bring back the original recipe/quality.

I’ve tired to eat here plenty of times but I just am never satisfied unless it’s a salad, the portions run small and the quality of the sandwich’s are not good, it’s like they don’t care if you have rubber chicken or really dry fries, hash browns, and biscuits. Really unsatisfied with this location when they barely just opened..
