Slowest service of my life. how am I waiting for 25 minutes at chic fil a…. They have two drive thru lines not only utilize one of them. Only taking orders from one of those lanes. Then when you FINALLY get your food. It’s wrong. And they don’t give you a straw.

I ordered from this Chick-fil-A on Uber Eats today. I managed a Starbucks that used Uber eats so I know that they have the customers phone numbers available for you to contact when something is out. We were missing my chicken strips when the order came.(This is the second time that I have been missing an entrée from this location) When I called to let them know that this is the second time I had been missing an entrée from an order from this location They said well your driver was supposed to contact you because We were out of the chicken strips today. You could’ve called me and seen what I wanted as a replacement instead of not sending one of the most expensive items in my order. Luckily, it wasn’t my daughters food this time, but I absolutely will not be ordering from this location again

0/5Have gone about 5 times, progressively worse each time.Unnecessarily long wait.Fries are cold and the amount is less than normal. I pay for a Large and get a "small" worth. Every. Time.Sandwiches are very thin and have a lot of gristle.Sprite tasted like soda water.Won't be back. For sure the worst CFA I've been to in 20 years anywhere.

Fries were burnt first of all. Was not acknowledged when walked in. Listened to a girl talking about issues with her manager and staff the whole time and was using profanity out loud making the environment very uncomfortable. Majority of staff needs training on professionalism. Worst decision to build this Chick-fil-A.
