Really disappointed in this location. Food was great. Service was great. The employees were beyond fantastic but it’s also 35° this morning and it’s cold outside and the employees didn’t have jackets or gloves and they clearly looked really cold and were uncomfortable. as a former Chick-fil-A employee, the operator needs to do better.

I apologize but having a sassy man in the drive thru is not it. Why you gotta attitude and talking so aggressively? Why he so in a rush? Can i get a second to roll my window down? Before you start giving an attitude? I literally wanted to write the review just based this 1 experience… he killed my whole mood. Please do better. If i hadn’t already paid i would’ve drove off..

I’ve been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but I haven’t ate all day. I went out of my way to make time before work. I ordered my food which is crazy to me I repeat myself to the girl that took my order and I literally thought she got it I grabbed my food and yes it might be my fault not to check but why would I my order was simple “8pc grilled nugget meal with fries lemonade and ranch and hot sauce”. It hasn’t been the first time you guys have gotten my order wrong I’m genuinely don’t even want to sound like a Karen but I’m done eating here I’m just really upset and angry I couldn’t eat my food nor do I have time to go and get anything till after work which everything is close when I’m off.

Service very poor in the mornings. Asked for a parfait and it was basically yogurt with 5 half cut strawberries. For nearly $6. The breakfast bowl has been the same, so I will not visit this location for breakfast anymore.
