Long Drive thru, Bad service all around not good. Worst CFA in CLT.

Took my order home and realized that I received the wrong order. Went back, they made it right, except the sauce for the nuggets was missing. Only had the dressing for our salads. Very disappointed.

They don’t even say my pleasure! Christ doesn’t move through this Chick-fil-A! I’ve visited twice, and both times the food and service fell short. The staff seemed disturbingly upset for some odd reason, and during my recent visit, the tall guy that worked the front counter appeared frustrated when I asked for additional honey that wasn’t included with my mobile order. The chicken minis were dry, carelessly prepared, and some were missing the top bread. I’m glad I requested extra honey, as the presentation alone was disappointing. Unfortunately, I was on my way to work and couldn’t address the issue further.

This location allows panhandlers to sit outside and when I reported it to the manager which was a black male early thirties working at about 11:00 a.m. he simply brushed me off and ignored the situation and continued to let the gentleman sit outside and ask people to buy him food, Customer service was mediocre. Attention went to morsel of the doordashers and putting up decorations. I just wanted someone to have some insight on this location.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A in history! I compare it to the same customer service at Walmart and McDonalds piss poor. I have spent so much money at this location and every time I have to repeat my order multiple times. To still receive it and it’s completely wrong and I’ve been over charged. So, when I mentioned how frustrating this is constantly I get rude looks, stares, whispers, and attitudes as if I’m the issues. I can see if it happens on occasion or every blue moon but this is every visit as other reviewers has mentioned. It’s never any greetings or simple thank you. It’s like you’re getting on their nerves by coming in. Most of the employees are teenagers that haven’t fully developed and know what customer service is.

I had never had a bad breakfast burrito from a cfa until today. Pretty sure it was microwave reheated, the taste was disgusting. Got a vanilla coffee too, except they forgot the coffee.

Firstly, I came into this chik fil a; to the side door, it was locked which is a fire hazard, filled with boxes in common walk area. We were inconvenienced, & had to walk around. Secondly I was deciding to order food from my app when I witnessed Jenifer(certified trainer) playing in her hair behind the counter, I nicely ask, "Do you usually wash your hands when you play in your hair?", she proceeded to another table in the lobby near the restrooms to speak with another employee(don't have her know but I know how she looks), as well as the other persons that were working this morning shift. I sat at the tables in the back corner near the patio, proceeded to order but then was approached by Jenifer & the other woman about moving to a different table because they wanted to use the table that myself and friend were already seated at. No signage stated these tables were off limits. They wanted to slide two tables together for work uses. Understandable but not professional to discriminate against someone. I do want to mention that I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior and discrimination, especially in a chick fil a restaurant including anywhere else I may have dined in. Jenifer slightly leaned forward & stated, "I am trying to be nice", I immediately told her we will leave. None of the persons working there had a concern for customer retention and care. One of the young ladies ran to tell the entire crew & they all stood there staring at us as if we did something wrong but came to eat breakfast. I was profiled and highly discriminated against. I called back to speak with store mgr, she was in a meeting, unfriendly Davi answered.

They are rationing the ketchup at this place. Stop being stingy and giving less than requested on mobile.
Drive thru attendant Karen was very rude when I brought to her attention that the cookies and cream milkshake I asked for had whip cream and I requested no whip cream. I've noticed that Chick Fil A friendliness and attention to detail has declined and I will specifically not patronize this location in the future.

I ordered spicy delux lettuce wraped with diet lemonade. They messed up my order which is fine i went back thru drive thru kid was nice corrected my order when i got to the window manager name Jordan came to window ask me whats wrong. I said i got diet coke instead of diet lemonade and my sandwich is not lettuce wrapped its just sandwich without buns. He rudely said “oh so you need a piece of lettuce huh” i was like you dont have to be rude to me im just trying to get my order right. He gave me cold lettuce just above my sandwich and i did not have mental capacity to deal with him again. He again gave me normal lemonade instead of diet. I feel like crying but this is my last chickfila meal!
